Sumitel Darjeeling

Room was good…the view from room was nice…hotel staffs are nice and co-operative… The food can be better. View of kangchenjunga from restaurant was really nice Distance from Mall Road and Darjeeling railway station is very less from the hotel.

Nice hospitality. Premise well maintained.Well trained and polite staff. Room was spacious and neat, tidy.Food was also good. Breakfast menu is also good.Hotel premise is having many other amenities like soa, parlour.Overall nice experience over here.

The hotel is pretty good. The family room is Enuf for 5 people , but we were 3 ppl. So enough space in room. Room service was instant. The reception front office people were very helpful and friendly. And always ready to help. I would recommend people this hostel , specially Room-104

Rooms were very cozy with lots of facilities and friendly staff restaurant staff Ms dikila Ms raksha Sakchi they were great at their service and really loved their mutton biryani and breakfast were superb delicious thanks to them for your hospitality

Last but not the least the restaurant staff especially Sakchi and Raksha have really taken care of us very well, would like to express thanks to both of these ladies.
