Very great and clean property. Rooms were spacious and hotel ambiance was very good. Very polite and friendly staff. Special mention for the F&B staff: Aita,Roshna,Suresh,Shiva for their service, hospitality and polite behaviour. They have arranged live singing in the dining area for entertainment by One of their staff named Pravesh. He sings both hollywood a bollywood songs really good and his voice was really soothing. Pravesh is a really excellent singer who reads a room well and engages with the audience. This enhanced our dining experience. We had booked their breakfast and dinner package. Each and every dish was very delicious thanks to chef Suren. On our last day we wanted to have something different so we ordered red sauce pasta and fries which were very tasty and appetizing. I have tried pasta from lots of places but this one was amazing and it had an authentic Italian taste with a small hint of Indian seasoning. Fries were also very good. Apart from this starters, main course, breakfast everything was perfect. They also serve some local dishes for breakfast. The whole team was friendly and polite with their customers. Hotel location was perfect and it is located at a walking distance from mall road. We can also see Kanchenjunga ranges from hotel. Property was clean, cozy, warm, and very photogenic. Would highly recommend this property.

Its been a really nice stay. Staff was always ready to serve and supportive. Rooms were neatly cleaned and maintained. Special mention of the good quality and spread of food on buffet. Room service was impeccable. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to come back soon.

Excellent, good team work.location is fine, kanchanjanga view from hotel room is excellent,healthy food, darjiling good hotel, near to market and toy train railway station over all good experience.keep it up........................
