Excellent location, nice front desk managers. We enjoyed food that was perfect and tasty. Excellent service. Particilarly we appreciate the services that we received from Ms. Priya, Ms. Jharna and others at the restaurant Blue Charcoal in the hotel. We have visited Darjeeling several times. Our stay at Yashshree Sanderling was the best. We would recommend staying in this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay here at Yashshree sanderling Darjeeling..room was good and view also and food was tasty as per taste... service was excellent and staff was supportive and helful. Location was also on top overall hotel experience was very good

Stars can be given only for well maintained reception and area between restaurant and reception. Rest all I am not satisfied with my experience and I am sceptical about previous reviews may be those are bought ones. In our stay for 3 days we faced no water problem for continuous 14 to 15 hours which delayed our itinerary. Last day the maximum staff were busy with a nearby wedding at gymkhana club, hence service was not given properly, half of the things in the restaurant was not available on that day. Wrong order came on table. On top of that restaurant bill takes 18% as CGST and SGST and I was informed that entire Darjiling takes this much of tax which was false. In bathroom body wash was not there, we asked to refill, it took two days to refill. Some of the lights in the corridor as well as in our room were not functioning properly. Due to threat of monkeys windows can't be kept open so ventilation issue inside the rooms was also there.Staff were courteous and polite but we pay money to get service. For every loophole they had Sorry as an answer. I will not not recommend this hotel.

Had a superb stay here at Sanderling Darjeeling. Room was neat and clean,breakfast buffet was good and tasty, overall stay was good as expected..all the employees were good and helpful in our needs..especially the front face people always smiling 😃 thank you all for memorable experiences at sanderling

Excellent service by Mr aniwesh was very polite and his service towards my family was good he is really help full and his greeting towards us was really good food was also good wanna visit again and expect same hospitality from this hotel good

Best hotel in darjeeling.. Comfortable stay... Awesome breakfast at hotel. At restaurant staff was very polite and decent specially the employee piya who attended me and family very well. Overall the hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed the stay

Hi firstly Thank You so much for being friendly with our family and children...I felt so mesmerized with all employees well I can say they are trained very well or they are naturally so polite and always ready to give there best... However regarding the room maintenance there has to do some work like painting on wall it was covered with spot just because of that only the charm of the room got vanished. Rest all everything is on TOP... will visit again

We stayed for 4 nights the hotel rooms are quite comfortable Great location, peaceful, amazing food. The service of the staff is also great. The restaurant staff Aniwesh and Eastar was amazing, polite and went extra mile to give us that 5 star service.

It was a wonderful and memorable stay here at Yashshree Sanderling Darjeeling.We were there for few days due to heavy rain we were unable to go out so we stayed inside the hotel only but we felt so familiar with them as they treated us like family they took care of us so nicely every one is so polite and courteous would recommend to everyone must visit and all staffs were very helpful would like to thank you everyone the reception team and all
