We stayed here in 2019 for 1 day. That time it was under Oyo brand and services were good. This time again in November we planned to stay there and as per plan booked the hotel. Initial rate commitment was much lower and when reached there for check inn that time all of a sudden the rates were jacked up high. We considered that due to season they must have done it. But in following parameters this facility fails to satisfy the customers. 1) initial check inn experience 2) service ( for basic tea and coffee they require to open their restaurant and that starts at 8.30am. For early riser it is pain to wait till this time. They do not provide the ready to make tea options as well 3) very less manpower and hence issues with services 4) facility is at Dapoli so naturally people will go to beaches, once returns from beach no facility of hot water in the evening, no facility of laundry services, no facility of drying clothes 5) more to it on entertainment basis their tatasky connection is disconnected. In all very risky affair to stay here.
