As soon as you arrive in Nay Palad Hideaway you will feel totally relax and disconnected. The team is fully determined to ensure you have the best experience ever. As a full inclusive hotel you never need to think about money when ordering food, having a massage or going on a boat trip, the inclusions are limitless and definitely worth it. The villas are surrounded by luxurious vegetation, you will wake up with the sound of the tropical birds and the waves on the beach. All are very spacious with the best amenities. The chef is preparing the best international and local cuisine you could desire, every day is a new discovery of taste and flavours, and of course with great wine pairing! The activities are great for couples and families, the team makes sure you are alone when discovering the island by car or exploring the nearby islands by boat, they will organise the best picnic you will ever experience! This is so worth a trip!

It’s been just five days since we left Nay Palad, and I cannot stop thinking about the dreamy paradise trip spent with family members there. We all were wowed and awed! I’ve had the privilege of staying at some exquisite hotel properties from four seasons to park Hyatt to el Nido resorts. Nay Palad is in a class of its own, barefoot luxury they call it. Yes, lean in to it! Love is in the attention to details, from the cold towels and coconut juice welcome at the airport and jeepney ride traversing siargao to the hideaway. To Trisha’s passing out folding fans to each guest and guiding from baggage claim, to resort, to our villas. To the staff’s lined up welcome at entrance. Wow factor in the warmth of staff. I even met RJ who I had been corresponding with via email weeks leading up to the trip. She was up front with lined up at entrance with the rest of the staff! Flo and Trisha were the utmost professionals keeping track of tides, weather, massages, meals, outings, spa appointments, meals, and individual requests (and somehow always provided an atmosphere of calm, ease, and flawlessly relaxed orchestration. Oh, If you like snacks…dried mango and cookies and cold drinks we’re always available in the villas. I Had fun finding the nay palad logo stamped on everything… it felt like a wink at every move of the eye at this gorgeous property. The architectural design and tropical dreamscapes are quite the experience at this hideaway. You want quiet and privacy, you’ll get it. Staff were always just an iPad text away. In terms of the dining experiences, wow! Our family meals were memorable! We wanted a complex set of Filipino cuisine. We got it all and then some. (The breads!! The coconut flat bread the native deserts!) Delicious food and amazing service for every sit down meal. Nay Palad has a cadre of amazing professionals from Angel and Rue and the chefs serving and preparing exquisite meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To the massage therapists Ruby, Ira, and Joy. To the housekeeping staff that made the beautiful breathtaking rooms and sexy turndown of the billowing kulambo nets at night. To edmar serving warmth and delicious cocktails at sunset. To captain David and the boatmen who took us out canoeing and SUP in the mangroves and island hopping and snorkeling in the lovely boat! hosts Vince and Mart for welcoming us. It’s the community of people of this dreamy resort that make it unmatched. It was a once in a lifetime splurge, but honestly… I can’t wait to return to the beautiful mangroves, breathtaking beaches and luxurious villas. Maybe in my dreams. However, I’ll keep their Spotify playlist on repeat and relive Nay Palad daily (yes the playlists in the villa create a vibe!) Island paradise found here! Maraming salamat po, Nay Palad family. What an exceptional experience. The team at Nay Palad is top notch. Friendly and ever helpful. They live up to the meaning of hospitality all the time. So much activities to do…your choice. They keep track of your activities and they remind you of your next itinerary. Communication is a breeze, no phones at the villa, but they have IPad to get in touch with the team. They are just a message away and quick to respond too. Very relaxing resort. I was looking for a quiet resort and found it there. Well appointed furniture and resort design. Food is excellent too, with a lot of choices for drinks/refreshment. Chef Sean is very talented and creative with the food. I really liked the concept of having your meal at different locations in the resort and I looked forward to the next dining spot, including lunch at Corregidor island. Every spot is pleasing to the eyes, not only for aesthetics but sustainability. I appreciate Nay Palad ‘s commitment to sustainability. The villa we stayed in is a zen spot. Did the massages and pampering offerings at any time I wanted to. Yoga session with Echo was rejuvenating. He focused on self love and gratitude. Felt like a spiritual retreat. I did not have to worry about anything with this Siargao visit. Even our laundry is taken care of. The team treated us as part of their family— the Filipino way, very accommodating. I enjoyed my conversations with Mart, it was personable, not business like. I felt chatting with a friend. Will definitely return to Nay Palad and would highly recommend it. To Mart and team- THANK YOU for an amazing stay and experience. I am so thrilled I ended up at Nay Palad rather than A______o. Kudos!

This is a outstanding place. Everything fits here. Service, staff, friendly people, food. There is not a single item that we had to claim. Everybody cares about you , in a kind of friendly and polite way. It is probably the best resort in Phillipines

We have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and travelled to many countries but Nay Palad managed to do something quite different to anywhere else….it felt like a genuine home from home for our entire 9 nights we were there, The clue is in the name ‘Hideaway’ and it lives up to its promise in every way. The welcome at the airport, with two lovely smiling people welcoming us, the cold Sampaguita towels and what felt like the entire team assembling to welcome us when we arrived at Nay Palad felt so special. The key point is that this all felt truly authentic, not forced or doing a job, rather everyone seemed genuinely interested in us from the moment we arrived. This never faltered once in 10 days. As we walked into the main building and out to the pool and bar area, I was like, ‘wow, this is breathtaking’; the beautiful Dedon furniture (we have at home) dotted around perfectly manicured and beautiful grass lawns down to the beach and around the pool. Huge oversized beds on the beach all looking out to a Pagoda from which to watch sunsets in the sea. Our villa was dreamy and anything was a quick message on Telegram away. The team managed to provide exceptional luxury and outstanding service but in such a low key and friendly way. We had a 60 or 90 minute massage every evening and my wife had a yoga session, some of which were quite spiritual every morning. She feels totally restored. Every meal was served in a new location that was in itself fun and playful. The only menu was at breakfast. Any juice was possible. Super healthy choices. Dinner was always exceptional, innovative and really tasty as well as looking beautiful. It would rank up there at the highest in London in my opinion. Such a delight to just trust the chef and his team to delight us everyday. I dubbed the bar ‘the best bar in the world’ (and I’ve certainly drank in many of them)….i mostly made my own cocktails or made them with one of the team….so laid back, it felt like my own bar. We did a bunch of activities, paddle boarding in the mangroves, sunset watching on the naked island, sea pagoda and mangrove pagoda, island tour, island hopping…we felt so looked after and loved by everyone all the time. We head home with hardly any laundry because it was all done in quick fashion and delicates all looked after well with everything laid out in our room at the end of each day, Wonderful beach walks, (walking around the little island just offshore at low tide is a must) and fabulous sunsets! Thank you to all the Nay Palad team, so Martin, Anne, Em-Em, Flo, Jake and Jake, Nielsen, Thor, Sean & the entire culinary team, CJ, Joelle, Chriz and Belen (thank you for your amazing massages for my wife) and everyone else…not one person was anything les than outstanding in every way! This place is true barefoot luxury (I literally didn’t wear any shoes for our entire stay), a real home from home and a very special hideaway. I recommend Nay Palad 100%!

There is nothing like it. It isn't a boutique hotel or a luxury resort. It is so much more than that. The privacy, the warmth, the thoughtful care of all guests and their experiences is a notch above anything I've experienced anywhere before. It feels incredibly personal, relaxed, and kick back. I think they have created something truly exceptional here. They notion of "all inclusive" at a resort of this caliber seems to good to be true but it is! EVERYTHING is included. For us, that meant 2 to 3 surf trips, a land excursion to northern beaches with the most incredble picnic lunches, island hopping on their incredible boat, multiple massages, and incredibly special meals, etc... it is SO WORTH IT! There is a level of privacy here that is incredible and unique. You will not feel the other guests. Not in an unfriendly or haughty way, just in a way that lends itself to truly unwinding and relaxing. The incredible staff really curates an amazing experience for you each day.
