Good location. Clean. Free Breakfast was a joke. Bad Coffee. Only milk & cheerios offered. Registration/Service clerk difficult to contact. Noisy, dangerous guests forced us to leave early .Difficult to ask for a one night refund; however received refund. Do not recommend this motel

Room was clean. Easy check-in. Noisy, could hear every movement from the room above. Towels were like sandpaper, and fairly small. Not much in the way of convenience items (soap, shampoo, etc). Breakfast was a JOKE, 2 types of cold cereal, a few packages of quick oats, coffee, and juice. Thats it. Probably the worst excuse for a "breakfast" offering I have seen at any of the places I stay at. Probably would choose a different place next time.

Our truck was in the shop and we had no way home so got a room here. Room was nice, big, comfy, king size bed and very quiet and peaceful. Got up early to go eat breakfast, ( my husband is a diabetic and recently spent almost 2 months in the hospital), so reg meals are a must for him. They literally had 1 pack of instant grits, no butter; 6 packs of instant oatmeal, dry cereal, juice and coffee, that's it. No milk, no bread for toast, no fruit, nothing, and i think the maintenance man was the only one there. By the way, this was , at 7 am. Around 9, i walked over to shoney's and got some food because i knew we would be sitting at shop most of the day and my husband needed to eat. How hard is it to go to the store and at least buy a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk, something.

Was travelling to Blacksburg VA for football game. It was extremely late and we had decided we could not travel any further. I called and got a room at 3:30 am to get a few hours sleep before resuming our travels. Manager up front was questioning me about why my family was up that late and why I didn't just sleep in my car! When we opened the hallway door, an immediate smell of ********* hit us! As we got to our room, I thought there must have been a party in there right before us as the room smelled like cigarettes and ****! We got 3 hours sleep-very restless as the smells kept hitting us in the face everytime we turned. Needless to say, will NEVER return to stay here again!!

The facility proudly displays a sign stating that it has 8.2/10 rating on **********. That gives the impression that it will be a good experience. That was far from the case. Parking was difficult, place was smelly, rooms were smaller than normal, the door to the room was difficult to close, the beds were double size (queen is common), and the beds were very uncomfortable. The place advertises that it provides breakfast. We went for the breakfast and found that ONLY Fruit Loops cereal was offered. NOTHING ELSE!. Coffee was not good. We asked the desk attendant about the breakfast. He stated, "We only offer Fruit Loops". Very misleading advertisement. We went to another hotel on the same street the next day (Holiday Inn Express). That one was also rated in the 8 range on **********. That one was exceptional compared to this property. I cannot help but question the credibility of the ratings for this property.

I hope my single room costs less than $115 during the week (I was here Saturday night) because this place isn't worth the price. The room itself was comfortable. The bed was great: firm but with a soft top. The Wi-Fi was strong though not particularly fast. The location, up a hill from the highway, was quiet. One problem was the two staff members I "interacted" with. The woman who checked me in never smiled or welcomed me; she was almost mechanical. At breakfast, a man in a t-shirt and baseball cap was standing by the coffee machine. I said good morning to him and he just stared at me. The breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen: two kinds of airy cold cereal (fruit loops and oat o's, milk, juice and coffee. I've included a photo of my complete meal... pathetic! Unless you need to stay in Dandridge, I'd bet there are better places somewhere else along I-40.

Not bad for a short stay. Big dog friendly and staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean but dated a little. We just stayed tone night as a pit stop but would come back if we travel that way again.

Got excellent prices through *********** Stayed at Jefferson Inn in Dandridge. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Registration attendants were helpful and friendly. Limited breakfast available. Very busy motel.
