"Hier ist meine Bewertung des Hotels, basierend auf einem Aufenthalt mit meinen Eltern, meiner Frau und meinen Kindern, wobei wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten. Die Bewertung ist für beide Zimmer identisch:
**I. Lage:**
1. Das Hotel ist nur zehn Gehminuten vom Südtor und dem Tor 2 der Altstadt von Dali entfernt.
2. Die Lage des Hotels liegt außerhalb der lokalen Verkehrskontrollzonen, was flexible und bequeme Reisezeiten ermöglicht.
3. Der Erhai Longkan Aussichtspunkt ist relativ nah, etwa 3 bis 4 Kilometer entfernt. Eine Fahrt mit Didi (Fahrdienst) wird empfohlen und kostet nur etwa 20 bis 30 Yuan.
4. Die Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel hat abends viele Essensstände für den späten Hunger, was praktisch ist, wenn man abends noch unterwegs ist.
**II. Hotelausstattung:**
1. Das Frühstück wird von 7:30 bis 10:00 Uhr serviert und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
2. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, von der aus man direkt mit dem Aufzug zum Hotel und zur Rezeption gelangt.
3. Das Hotel ist im Stil eines ”Siheyuan” (traditioneller chinesischer Innenhof) gebaut und hat drei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss kann man traditionelle chinesische Kostüme anprobieren und Fotos machen, was vom Hotel kostenlos angeboten wird. Außerdem ist es nachts ruhig und nicht laut.
4. Die Hotelzimmer sind im chinesischen Stil eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich.
5. Die Bilder der Hotelzimmer online stimmen mit der Realität überein.
**III. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:**
Man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt. Ich persönlich finde, es ist sein Geld wert.
**IV. Service:**
1. Der Service ist herzlich und enthusiastisch.
2. Bei Anfragen zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten werden stets fundierte Empfehlungen gegeben, die auf die Zeitplanung des Gastes abgestimmt sind, um Zeitverschwendung zu vermeiden.
3. Beim Auschecken gibt es sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk, was ein Gefühl von Glück hinterlässt.
**V. Verbesserungspunkte:**
1. Die Zufahrtsgasse zur Tiefgarage ist etwas eng, besonders die Kurve zum Parkplatzeingang. Fahranfängern würde ich raten, das Einparken jemand anderem zu überlassen.
2. Es wäre perfekt, wenn nachmittags von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr Tee und Snacks angeboten würden."

"Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt nach April 2023, und wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die angesichts des abendlichen Trubel in der Altstadt recht ruhige Lage. Etwas hellhörig war es, was aber den insgesamt positiven Gesamteindruck nicht trübt. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Drei Pagoden oder der See sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants der Altstadt ohnehin. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber stilbewusst eingerichtet; unsere Zimmer verfügten über einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Verweilen einlud. Das Frühstück ist einfach, lokaltypisch, dabei sättigend und schmackhaft und wird direkt am Tisch serviert. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch funktioniert mithilfe von WeChat und Übersetzungsprogrammen gut. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl, die wir – insbesondere zu diesem Preis – uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

"Diese Pension war eine wirklich wundervolle Überraschung für unsere ganze Familie! Der Blick auf den Fluss war einfach atemberaubend; schon beim Öffnen der Vorhänge bot sich uns ein herrlicher Blick auf das glitzernde Wasser des Erhai-Sees, der uns sofort begeisterte. Die Inneneinrichtung war unglaublich stilvoll, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich, mit allem Komfort, den wir brauchten – perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Der Manager und die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich herzlich und kümmerten sich nicht nur um alles, sondern empfahlen uns auch begeistert lokale Spezialitäten, sodass wir jede Mahlzeit genossen. Heute kühlte es in Dali plötzlich ab, und wir überlegten, zusätzliche Decken zu kaufen, aber der Besitzer war unglaublich aufmerksam und verzichtete angesichts des Wetters auf die Gebühr – eine wirklich rührende Geste. Alle in unserer Familie waren begeistert und sagten, dass sie diese Pension bei ihrem nächsten Besuch in Dali auf jeden Fall wieder buchen würden!"

The hotel's service is impeccable. Service was prompt and we were treated to Chinese tea ceremony. The villa rooms were very spotless.
The only downside was the road closures around the ancient town. This made it difficult to get to the hotel with luggage. You need a 5-10 min walk to get to the hotel as buses and cars are not allowed in the ancient town. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience"

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, ruhig und ganz in der Nähe des Südtors der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem. Die Klimaanlage ist für kalte Nächte umschaltbar, und die Matratze verfügt über eine Heizdecke. Das Duschwasser ist angenehm heiß. Und das Beste: Jede Anfrage nach Rat oder Hilfe wird umgehend und kompetent beantwortet. Optional können Sie auch einen Elektroroller mieten, der sich hervorragend eignet, um die Umgebung von Dali zu erkunden."

"Dieses Hotel ist schön und günstig. Das Personal half mir, mein Gepäck in den dritten Stock zu tragen. Abends findet in der Nähe ein leckerer Shaokao-Markt statt, wo viele Händler Obst und Essen verkaufen. Ich hatte vergessen, den Zimmerschlüssel zurückzugeben und ihn mit nach Lijiang genommen. Frau Wei schlug mir vor, das Hotelpersonal in Lijiang zu bitten, mir den Schlüssel nachzusenden, anstatt dass ich viel Geld für eine neue Karte ausgeben musste. Frau Wei war so nett, uns bei der Essensbestellung über ******* zu helfen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von Frau Wei, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Sie verdient fünf Sterne. Das Zimmer ist groß und es gibt zwei Paar Hausschuhe, eines für das Zimmer und eines für das Badezimmer. Das war genau das, was ich brauchte, da der Badezimmerboden kalt war. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: direkt gegenüber der Altstadt von Dali und doch eingebettet in einen Hang, bietet es absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, besonders nachts. Beim Öffnen der Vorhänge eröffnet sich ein atemberaubender Blick auf den Cangshan-Berg. Morgens tauchen die nebelverhangenen Gipfel und der Mond die Landschaft in ein wunderschönes Licht – selbst vom Bett aus. Der Service an der Rezeption ist exzellent: aufmerksam, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Mitarbeiter stellen hilfreiche Reiseführer zur Verfügung, erklären alle Annehmlichkeiten des Zimmers und abends versammeln sich die Gäste im Innenhof am Lagerfeuer, rösten Mais, kochen Birnensuppe und genießen hausgemachte Weißpilzsuppe. Sie unterhalten sich über Reisen und den Alltag und schaffen so eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre. Zwei Hunde und eine Katze streifen im Innenhof umher – unglaublich süß und zutraulich – und dürfen gestreichelt werden. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich sauber und mit moderner Technik, elektrischen Decken für einen erholsamen Schlaf und einem Luftbefeuchter ausgestattet. Die Architektur ist sehr stilvoll, und jedes Zimmer ist einzigartig und individuell gestaltet. Ein komfortabler Aufenthalt ist hier garantiert. Es waren auch einige internationale Gäste da. Bei meiner Abreise nahm mir der Rezeptionist nicht nur mein Gepäck ab, sondern half mir auch, auf der Aussichtsplattform im zweiten Stock Fotos zu machen. Er ließ sich sogar mit dem kleinen Hund fotografieren und begleitete mich dann zur Tür. In den zwei Tagen fühlte ich mich nicht wie in einem Hotel, sondern wie in einer großen Familie."

In my opinion, Dali's "Wuji Yinshe Mid-Mountain B&B" is such a "clean" and "innocent" space design work with "light" from the bottom of the heart!
The beginning
"Wuer Yinshe Mid-Mountain B&B" is located in Wenbi Village, Haidong Town, Dali, close to Erhai Lake, overlooking Cangshan Mountain, and the unique geographical environment makes people who have lived here for generations have no worries about food and clothing, but it is gradually distancing itself from the huge background of the changes of the times. A leisurely and soothing pace of life is ideal, but it is undeniable that it still belongs to the context of "agrarian civilization", and today, it has been abandoned by the younger generation who pursue the "fast-paced" and "Gatsby-style" psychology of modern life and the "Gatsby-style" psychology of getting rich overnight, and the "writing village" has become a "hollowed-out" settlement, which cannot escape the doom of "forgotten".
The designer has been to Dali many years ago and also visited Wenbi Village, full of longing and love for Cangshan Erhai Lake, not forgetting the sunshine here, the depth of Erhai Lake and the quiet way of life, in a chance to save down, the owner and designer found here, rent the villagers' houses, and incorporate the local villagers into the logistics service system of the B&B hotel! The logic of the underlying life of "Wenbi Village" has been changed!
When the designer was commissioned by the design of "Wuji Hermitage Mid-Mountain B&B", the attachment to Cangshan Erhai Lake and sunshine buried in his heart many years ago was awakened, and he created a B&B space architecture integrating time, memory and sunshine---- Wuji Hermitage Mid-Mountain Seaview B&B.
01 Survey and combing
This is a space that gathers oriental vacation homestays and has the characteristics of a Bai fishing village, which is very experiential!
After carefully surveying the topography and landform where the B&B is located, the designer found that this is a typical sloping house in the middle of the mountainside, with a bird's-eye view of Erhai Lake from the lower terrain and a deep halfway up the mountain. As a result, the designer came up with an ambitious idea: to build a new building with the characteristics of local Bai architecture in the open space near Erhai Lake, which will be integrated with the old buildings on the high ground to form an architectural settlement, with a height difference of nearly 10 meters, connected by a pedestrian staircase, forming an interesting building with sloping steps.
