From the town centre, this resort is just a few minutes away by walk but the approach road is quite steep. The check in was quite smooth. The hotel rooms are amazingly spacious, and the interior is very tastefully done. The view from the sit out is absolutely magnificent. You are unlikely to forget the scenery of the distant snow covered and majestic Himalayas and the green forest valley stretching all the way to the mountains. It is so serene and peaceful. There was no buffet breakfast or dinner but the a la carte service was quite acceptable. The room service was prompt. The resort has indoor games for children and adults. Overall, we had a very memorable stay in the resort. We can never the forget the mesmerizing view of the mountains and the valley from the room. We would strongly recommend this hotel just for this view and the comfort of stay.

I booked this Hotel for 2 nights(with family) in mid of April during a long weekend. Although hotel seemed to be packed but still hotel staff was very courteous and co-operative. The quality of food is also good - it has got limited breakfast and dinner options(mine was breakfast and dinner included) but the quality was good. It's hygienic. The location is also good and its within 100 meters from Bus Stand. There is indoor swimming pool(was closed at the time of travel) , and mini Garden, Kids play activities. It was fun. Areas of improvement - There happened to be a indisciplined/rowdy group of some 5-6 people in next room who created some fuss(drunk people singing loudly till 12 AM). Hotel staff was still in a request mode and failed to enforce compliance to Hotel Stay policies.

I can find the hotel from make my trip and one of my friend who stays last year in this hotel service is excellent and the location is very beautiful with velly view rather than prices of this hotel is very reasonable than other hotels in dalhousie

Die Lage ist gut und sehr nahe der Mallstraße. Unser Zimmer war auf dem 3. Stock und kein Aufzug. Es wird für ältere Menschen problematisch sein. Zimmer vermissen einige Schlüsselausstattung wie Kettle. Wir müssen mehrmals heißes Wasser während unseres Aufenthalts fragen. Wir haben mehrere Male eine Zimmerheizer beantragt und danach haben wir eine. Der Gesamtaufenthalt ist durchschnittlich, aber ich möchte noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass der Kellerweg sehr nahe ist.
