We had a great (repeat) stay. The room and its contents were all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy I could quite easily have spent more time snuggled up in it. We use this hotel when we visit family and its location, peace and quiet and comfort suit us perfectly.

Second time staying here. It’s had a refurbishment so the rooms are modern and well equipped though it should be noted there is no air con so I wouldn’t book this in summer. Unfortunately whilst our room was clean and everything worked (not a single USB socket though after a refit?) our shower was terrible. Limescale on the screen and shower controls, dirt and mould on the riser rail, sliding door mechanism and sealing strip. I didn’t want to shower in this as I would feel dirty afterwards. I went to complain and was shown another room which had a marginally better shower but I said it wasn’t worth moving for hardly any improvement then a manageress became involved and showed me another room which was better so we had to repack and move rooms. To be honest after hundreds of Premier Inn rooms I was disappointed. Apparently the room had only been renovated a month ago and they had let the cleaning slip so quickly. Whilst we were accommodated in another room, at some inconvenience, I would have expected a gesture of goodwill given how the first room let their brand down so much. Our second room at the back was very quiet and the bedding was quality. The attached Table Table bar and restaurant is dated and grubby. Worn and torn seating and looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since the 90s. We had a drink there and we’re considering eating there but everyone being greeted was being shown a long list of the items on the menu they didn’t have. This, and the depressing overall feel of the place led us to drive 5 minutes to The Old Hunters Lodge at Whipsnade where we had a lovely meal.

Pillows really good, nice mattress, clean room, very good value too. Also went to the on site restaurant for dinner and breakfast, both very nice. We should have done the meal deal, will do so next time for sure. Only point to mention was no shower gel left in bathroom pump but not the end of the world

Lovely room, great check in, I had some room name changes needed and the reception team member was able to do them really quickly and easily Would stay again without hesitation, thanks for a lovely stay at your hotel. Parking was free, lovely stuff!

Having stayed in lots of premier Inns, we chose this one due to the location being handy for us. Unfortunately it was not the best by far. We checked in at 3 o'clock, but unfortunately the staff member wasn't overly friendly or acknowledging that we were even there to start with, instead talking to a work colleague instead of speaking to us. They also didn't inform us with any breakfast information ( served nextdoor ) which every other premier Inn has done. Room was ok, could have done with a bit more detailed cleaning, dusty carpets around furniture and incredibly dusty fan ( no air con in rooms). The most disappointing part was the restaurant, this needs more staff, and a real update. No buffet breakfast like all the other premier Inns we have stayed at. Instead got told 20 minutes wait for cooked breakfast which we had paid for. Left at our table not knowing how to get a breakfast too. I had to go and ask a staff member so I could at least order some. The food in the evening isn't great either. I've always thought table table restaurants were good value. But this one didn't seem so. £14 for a very very average burger. On the plus side the mattress on the bed was comfy as usual. Just a shame this premier Inn fell short of the usual standard I've experienced before.

The hotel room has to be the worst room I've stayed in out of various premier inns I've stayed in across the country. The bathroom sink sprayed water out of the sink soaking all your clothes and shower area wasn't clean and doesn't keep a consistent temperature " It's either too hot or cold " bathroom door wouldn't close properly because the door needs planning. bed was comfy but the guest above was making a noise throughout the night and I didn't get much sleep. Staff member looked miserable and wasn't asked on checkout if my stay was ok which they normally do. It's very disappointing for premier inn standards.
