The front desk team was top notch. They helped us store bags during our two day tour to Machu Picchu, organized taxi service for us and handled our laundry with care. Breakfast each day was wonderful. It's buffet style, but Justine offers to make accommodations if you want something different- like different style eggs for example. I had altitude sickness and couldn't come down for breakfast one day, and she helped my husband with a tray to take to our room. The only issue we had was with the cold water in the room. The entire city struggles with this so it wasn't our hotel's fault, and they did their best to have backup. Since the issue was at the street, we had to wait to flush the toilet sometimes and to take a shower till the cold water was working again.
