Hotel Monasterio del Inka

They are extremely friendly. They responded positively to several request, without hesitation. Location is great for walking everywhere. If you communicate your needs, they try to offer you the best experience. Small and cozy place. We will come back.

A hotel that gives you and satisfies all your needs, hot water, delicious breakfast, super spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness and the best thing is the location of the hotel, it is close to all the tourist places. The staff that works there is very friendly. I would return to this hotel again.

The staff is really snitch looking inside the rooms whenever the door was opened, the heater provided on both rooms did not work at all, the sign to not disturb in the room was put on and still they did not care and still came into the room, only a single towel was provided even though the room was for 2. At least the first floor is really noisy in the mornings it has a good location but these are the things that would not make me return or recommend this to others.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The place itself was great located, as close as you can get to Centro Histórico, close to restaurants, tours offices, stores, etc. The room was nice, good space, daily cleaning service, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the wifi worked PERFECTLY which for me is very important. But so is for me to be able to sleep problem-free which is NOT guaranteed in this place. Walls are paper-thin and also they have windows facing the hallway with paper-thin curtains. This, together with the fact that the very strong lights are on all night makes it difficult to sleep. The noise from outside starts also early, before 6:00 am, which will definitely wake you up. So, if you are as sensitive when it comes to sleep, this are details to consider. The breakfast could contain a little more, it was very scarce. Also be aware that the door to the bathroom is in glass, it might not be the end of the world, but good to know. Maybe other rooms might have different setups. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

The location: The Monasterio Del Inka is perfectly situated just outside of the city center and right across from a beautifully preserved Inca wall. We were able to walk around the city and to the San Blas district easily. The rooms: The rooms are so unique and beautiful. The beds are quite firm, but clean and nice. We were in a room with three beds and it was extremely spacious, although the bathroom was quite small. Our room did have a sewer smell from the sink, presumably from the old plumbing, but we kept the bathroom door closed. The windows of the rooms face inward, but they are quite thin. We were there on Christmas Eve and the partying was fairly loud late into the night. The service: The host was amazing. She arranged several transports and tours for us, had great communication and was so kind. Although the hotel does accept credit cards, they do prefer to be paid in Soles and will ask for cash. If you do not have cash, they will charge you a credit card surcharge fee. The breakfast: There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but it does come with a breakfast of rolls, ham, jam and fresh orange juice. I would recommend planning for breakfast elsewhere, there are so many local cafes that have much better food and are so inexpensive.

El servicio increíble, en especial la preocupación y orientación de la señora Ivonne. Siempre volvería a este hotel su ubicación, trato, servicio ✌️. Me gusta mucho la calefacción, es Cusco es necesaria, su ubicación genial 👍 a dos cuadras de la plaza principal.

Un hotel sencillo y acogedor, muy bien ubicado y en una zona tranquila, está muy cerca de la plaza de armas y de zona de restaurantes. El personal es muy amable especialmente la señora Ivonne quien fue una gran anfitriona; siempre pendiente y preparada para darnos indicaciones y sugerencias para nuestros recorridos.

Excelente ubicación la cuál permite acceder a los lugares de interés caminando, habitación limpia con camas confortables, ideales para el descanso luego de una jornada extensa. Desayuno estándar. Personal amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inquietud.
