Rumi Wasi is a pretty nice place and is in a good location. It is easy to walk to all the tourist sites including Sacsayhuaman. It is far enough from the square to be peaceful. The staff were helpful, though our taxi to the train station was very late- Idk if that was our hotel's fault or the taxi service's. Perhaps better to walk down the hill to the main square and get your own taxi. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has nice decorations.

Conveniently located. We walked to all the sights. Comfortable room. We loved staying here. It was quaint and quiet. The staff was awesome and the cleaning staff kept the room so clean and organized. Breakfast every morning was delicious and everyone who worked there was so kind.

Fantastic experience, with a great clean room and hot shower which is rare in Peru. We had a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The location was perfect. Yes a bit of a 3 min walk down to the square but doable back up. Many thanks to Manuel and Bruna the hosts who were Fantastic. I wish my pillow wasn't a rock but I've had worse in Peru. The heater is not great but the room wasn't too cold and the bedding is warm.

I had an amazing stay at Rumi Wasi. Hotel is in very central area and close to everything. I am solo traveler and was very busy with my activities so I never really met Manuel. However, he did reach out to me letting me know that I can call him any time if I need anything and he was very sincere. Then after not seeing me for three days he reached out again to double check if I was OK. He wanted to make sure nothing bad happened to me. I loved that!!!! This is customer service every guest wants. The place is very clean, the room was spacious. The entire crew was very sweet and polite. I strongly recommend this place.

Customer service in this hotel is top tier. Beautiful quiet hotel with excellent beds and coca tea & water & hot water always available. This hotel is located on an incline, maybe 5 minutes from the main plaza. In between the plaza and the hotel are several clubs so keep this in mind if you're a night owl. During the day, you'll find small grocery stores, restaurants and a laundry mat. Organized taxi from airport is $12USD which left us at the door. But when we were picked up for a 5day trek, we had to walk to the main plaza. Not all taxis/buses will drop you off at the entrance because its a pedestrian street so keep this in mind during your stay. Overall, my family of 4 had a great stay.

Stayed here for a few days after traveling to Ollantaytambo and had a great time! The room was very clean, and the candles were a nice touch. Breakfast was great, walking distance to the Plaza and pretty much all attractions. It was great to come back here after a long day of exploring.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place was. My husband, and I stayed for almost a week, and everything was beyond our expectations. First of all, Manuel was so helpful and friendly. I called the evening before our travel to ask for information, and he arranged a last minute, airport pick-up for us. In Additional, he right away helped us with anything we needed, and arranged other transportation each time we needed it. He was just a text away. The staff was also amazing! The ladies did an outstanding job with breakfast, and cleaning our room so well! Overall we had the best experience in Cusco, and it was mostly because of this great stay! I highly recommend Rumi Wasi if you want to experience the true Cusco culture and environment! AMAZING views, and only walking distance to the iconic Plaza de Armas. ♥️

I have stayed in Hotels in 17 countries on 4 continents. I have never had a better experience. The rooms are unique and cozy. The linens are immaculate and the atmosphere can not be matched. If I return to Cusco there is only one option that I would consider and it is this one.
