Relaxing and Inviting home in gated community

Good stay the place we stayed in was clean and the canal made it nice for a boat.

Great Place in the Lower Keys Great house on a canal in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. Convenient to our work location on Summerland Key and everything else in the lower Keys. Highly Recommend

Somewhat disappointing This is the second time staying in the Venture Out Community. Everyone is nice and respectful and the people that work the guard shack are always helpful with any questions. The home that we stayed in this trip lacked much to be desired. I knew that it was a smaller home, which was fine since it was just me and my husband. But, I was shocked at how small. The bathroom, which only has a shower, was barely big enough to turn around in. There were no hand towels or wash cloth's provided, the hand soap was less than half full and only one roll of toilet paper for 7 days stay. The front door opens into one of the bedrooms, which leaves little privacy and you can hardly walk around the bed in the other bedroom. There is a lot of dust build up on the walls and door facings and there were dirty footprints on the walls. The kitchen did have everything you would need to cook; but no cleaning supplies or hand soap were provided. Not even a full roll of paper towels. The washing machine made a terrible noise during the spin cycle and literally shook the whole house. The a/c could not keep up with the heat and it would be almost 80 degrees in the house by 4:00 every afternoon. We had several issues with the hot water, which the owner was quick to respond and walk us through how to remedy the situation.

Family vacation! :-) It was a family vacation with our daughter, we were able to take our JetSki and bring it right up behind this place made it so nice. Everything about our trip was fantastic thank you for an amazing stay. We are definitely looking to book again as soon as we can. :-)
