We checked in for 3 days. Our reservation was a first floor room, 36 meters squared room, wheelchair accessible, with balcony. We received a dingy forth floor room, about 28 meters squared with no elevator. The room had 2 bath towels. We asked for a floor mat & hand towel for drying hands, they had none. There was a sewage smell from the shower as well as the sink. They were in separate rooms. Minimal plugs, one at the shared table between beds & another located beside tv (single receptacle) above head height & one by the sink. Our stay got old quick. After contacting our booking platform we magically received a floor mat & hand towels with a coffee maker. The toiletries we received were like sample packets. They offered us another room on the first floor but we would loose our balcony. The internet was the worst I’ve had at any hotel. We had to go to a coffee shop to send emails. If you could send an email you would have to stand in a hot open air 4th floor hallway, from the room it was undeliverable. There is a drying rack on balcony that looks like chicken wire strung side to side. As compensation we were offered breakfast. You had to wear a mask in the open air breakfast area while it was empty. After seeing the owner daily not wear one, we declined. I still don’t understand how so many good reviews were written. That was deciding factor for our stay.
