This motel also goes by the name Countryman Motor Inn. I booked it because other reviews say that the owners/staff was good. I did not have a good experience with them though. First of all there was no clear information on how to use the NSW vouchers. When I sent them a message in ***********, they said that I can use the vouchers when I arrive in reception. But they left out the part on HOW I can use the vouchers. Apparently, to be able to use the vouchers I should NOT pay via Booking.com's online payment system but should pay personally at the reception itself. I was not informed about this (despite me having correspondence with the motel staff via the *********** messaging system) and I paid via the *********** online payment system. When I arrived at reception, I was simply told I cannot use the vouchers and that it was my problem. The staff just wanted to wash their hands and didn't want to do anything with it. I had to make two calls to *********** (who were extremely helpful) and had to go back and forth with the staff just to get it sorted out. My feedback to the management of this motel is, you should do your best to help the customer instead of leaving them in a lurch. If your reception just offered to help me and made a simple phone call or email to ***********, the issue would have been resolved very quickly and without much fuss.
