Very nice hotel centrally located, easy access to main touristic attractions and highways, totally recommended.

Bien ubicado pero está en el meollo de la fiesta y se olle musica de las discotecas y solo tiene un enchufe en el salón y otro salón es lo único que decir malo

The hotel itself is clean but could do with being brought into the present century. It is a tad dated but then again the price was reasonable so we can’t complain too much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as much as we would have liked as the opening times were very strange. Snacks finish 15.30 and pool area bar closed 16.30. Most people I know like a quiet drink around the pool after a day in town but you can’t do that at this hotel. Overall disappointing but it served its purpose as a place to lay our heads.

Just back from a wonderful two weeks with my husband at this hotel !! .. we absolutely love Servatur Caribe ! Great location , good rooms ,this was are second year there . Plan to go back next year if the price is right . fantastic views ,nice pool vibe .. all the staff were friendly and helpful .. and surprised how quiet at night it was considering where it is .we where on sixth floor . Highly recommended!! Many thanks

I stayed her my mother and my 10year old son, and the time night we stayed in this hotel 7th floor , forst night we had a cockcroah we couldn't sleep was so hot, no air con, which I think they need upgrade our beds didn't get clean bedding all week they only made our beds up, we also got charge £150 deposit for damages, which is disgusting.. Also breakfast was OK but felt like they couldn't change it up each day instead same breakfast all week. Also my son was not allowed no floats in the water which kids like to do!

Me and my mum stayed here for 6 nights on the 7th floor (stunning views!) it was very basic but clean! We were well aware they had no air con and could hire fans (we brought out own wee ones) and also aware of the £150 deposit as it clearly states on there site and who you book with that they require this, I do however feel that it should not be limited to a credit card and they should accept all types of payments (cash bank transfer ect) as not everyone has a credit card and they shouldn't assume people do. All staff were lovely, you couldnt fault them at all! I did need help from maintenance as our electricity cut off, this was not an issue to help me and in less than 5 minutes I had someone up to help and resolve the problem for us. The food wasn't great, I would definitely either go out or make your own in the rooms, or suggest the shop opposite the apartment that has a deli counter at the back with freshly made rolls, sandwiches and cakes! We did have to sleep with the balcony doors open all night and during the day to allow some breeze to come in due to no air con and the windows in the bedroom don't open but this wasn't an issue at all. Beds were so comfy! We had our room and towels cleaned daily (minus one day where they don't do it on our floor - this is not an issue!) Yes the pool area is boring, I do get they have rules ect but no music? It lacks in atmosphere and thats a shame. It doesn't have to be dance music or even loud but just something in the background would be lovely. They say your not allowed near the pool area until 11am (this is when the life guard is on duty) but people were reserving seats before this but it wasn't required as there was plenty of beds available each day. The beach is only a 5 mins walk away at the bottom of the hill (it's not a big hill) it's in a great location for the lively side of Las Americas. When sitting on your balcony at night you could hear some of the music ect which was good, even with the balcony door open when sleeping in the bedroom you couldn't hear anything until people who came home from their night out walking to their rooms. The Safari area was a short 20-25 min walk away and you could either walk along the front or take a short cut through the streets. I highly recommend eating at the Safari each night as they had soo many different types of restaurants (steak, Indian, Italian, Thai ect) I would book somewhere each night for the next night as it gets soo busy after 1930 for food! There is also a wee ***** of bars and live music to the right and one street back of the safari area. Over all we would not return to this hotel, it's Definitely not the worst hotel out there but we just feel next time we would want to stay closer to the safari area and somewhere that allows music and entertainment around the pool (again we did know this wasn't a thing here at this hotel) but if you want quiet/cheap and great location then go for it! First time I've stayed at these apartments, and I was a bit worried after reading some of the bad reviews, but I certainly didn't need to be worried. These apartments are fantastic, everything you need for a great holiday at a reasonable price. I was on the 5th floor and had a wonderful view from the balcony looking out to the Atlantic, seeing a beautiful sunset every night. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, and I found the bed nice and comfortable. The kitchen area has all the essentials you need. The swimming pool is great, and there are plenty of sunbeds, so there are no sunbed wars. Safe in the room cost €12 for the week. I didn't get asked for a deposit for the room when I checked in. Reception staff very helpful. A good supermarket just across the road has everything you'd need.

This hotel was awful, be prepared for a big deposit when you arrive. I stayed here for one night and our deposit was €150. Which in my opinion is so much for one night. The rules are a joke, complete silence after 11pm, unrealistic for where it is.

Just came back from a weeks stay and we couldn’t fault the place. We had a premium apartment with a balcony and sea view; basic , very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed also prosecco and nuts on arrival which was a nice addition. House keeping came almost every day we were there with clean towels ect. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. You have to pay €150 deposit when you arrive however this was no shock to us as we knew this when we booked and have recieved it back after 24hrs with no issues. Location was amazing, a short walk to either Costa adeje or las americas and there was so much to do. Siam park and Siam mall just a 5/10 minute walk away and lots of supermarkets close by. We didn’t spend a lot of time around the pool but when we were there there was a nice atmosphere and life guard on duty at all times. We did have breakfast included however after having the breakfast one morning we chose to eat out for the rest of the holiday. People can make their own judgment on that. If you go self catering the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and it’s a great place for a base when you’re in tenerife.
