We spent two nights here while on ski safari through the Dolomites. Our room was on the top floor & I don’t think it had been used for a while. The heated towel rail was not working, not ideal during winter. We did ask for this to be fixed but unfortunately it wasn’t. The bath was small with a hand held shower, you certainly couldn’t stand up & have a shower. The room needed some updating. There was a single bed in our bedroom tucked away which would be useful if you were travelling with a child. Breakfast was fresh & yummy. The ski room was small & our boots weren’t dry on the last day. The receptionist gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Not far from the ski bus but unfortunately the ski bus doesn’t start in the morning until 8.50am & the lifts open 8.30am so we grabbed a taxi which was 17.50 EURO one way .

We had our booking in this hotel and 2 days before we got an email saying they ate facing some issues with their rooms and they have booked us to another hotel. We were pretty understanding and we went to the other hotel which was overly subpar. We paid for a mountain view room and the view we got was next building and the bed was horrible. So, we checked out the hotel and we asked for a refund from the original hotel (hotel Panda) for one night that we didn't stay. The person in the front desk was terrible and as we were talking she asked us to leave otherwise she said she would call the police. Despite losing our money and having to stay at a subpar hotel,we were treated like dogs. (Attached the photo of the lady who has to learn manners and who is unfit to serve any customer). The story is not over. We called *********** through which we booked this hotel and they are completely unaware of this hotel change. THIS HOTEL IS SCAM. DON'T BOOK HERE!!!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Basic but very clean. Short distance from all amenities and ski bus. Hosts are perfect. Could any have had a better stay. The views from the balcony are astounding! Breakfast choice is limited but it’s enough if you just want to eat and get out in the snow. Would come back to this hotel any time

Absolutely lovely hotel in a gray meat location. It’s basic but everything you need for a grey ski holiday without spending a fortune. Run by really nice people - nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is clean. Very near the town and the ski bus stop.

Camera nel seminterrato, piccola, angusta, solo piccola vasca con tenda, finestra non apribile per corda tapparella rotta. Esperienza camera terribile ad un prezzo più alto di una camera nella City di Londra. Non la consiglio a nessuno. Il piano reception è curato, il resto NO

Ho trascorso a Cortina con mia moglie e i nostri due bambini 10 giorni fantastici, resi ancora più belli dalla splendida accoglienza che abbiamo avuto dalle sorelle Pian, Erika e Monica, proprietarie della struttura. L' albergo è ubicato in centro a pochi metri dall'isola pedonale, in una posizione strategica e dotato di ampio e comodo parcheggio, le camere sono accoglienti e confortevoli, la colazione abbondante con prodotti di prima qualità e della tradizione veneta. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole anche per l'educazione del personale e per la cortesia e professionalità di tutti. Un ringraziamento particolare a Erika e Monica per la pazienza che hanno avuto con i bambini e con noi, sempre disponibili e professionali. Sicuramente ci torneremo perché ci siamo sentiti a casa. Lo consiglio per chi vuole passare una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e vivere Cortina e la montagna al meglio.

Piccola struttura dove ne vale la pena soggiornare. Svegliarsi la mattina ed avere una bellissima vista panoramica non ha prezzo. Ottima la sala buffet, accogliente e con uno stile montano. Buona la colazione salata. Ho apprezzato l'odore della linea bagno, un odore unico e che richiama la natura. Consiglio l'hotel Panda.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo hotel nel centro di Cortina, il personale che ci ha accolti è stato gentile e disponibile, la struttura è molto pulita e ordinata, le colazioni ben fornite per tutti i gusti (le torte fatte in casa ottime) Consigliato :)
