Not sure what Executive is supposed to mean but this property was disappointing by regular Best Western standards. Hallway floors were dirty and the areas around the elevator weren’t mopped the week I stayed. Breakfast options were limited at best, with no daily variety on the hot options. The printed menu indicated muffins and bagels were supposed to be offered but the only options were white or wheat bread. Exercise room opened at 8AM each morning and was locked before hours so not sure when they think executives go to work or try to work out.

My stays here are predictably comfortable and easy. Never any surprises or glitches, thank goodness. I’m very thankful for everyone that works there. Great shower, comfy beds and the pillows are AWESOME. I always get a great nights sleep.

Pros: bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and big. AC worked great. Cons: Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. I put the do not disturb hanger on the door while I was gone for work. Came back one night to find cleaning staff had been in my room because my bed was made and had new towels. I guess they don’t respect privacy. What’s the point in having the door hangers if they are going to go in your room anyway? I had left my suitcase open and personal belongings out. I wouldn’t have if I had know someone was going to be in my room.

First time staying at a best Western, the room was very cozy. The bed especially was comfortable, honestly some of the best sleep I had in awhile. I like being able to control the temperature in the room, really maximizes the comfort for me.

I always have a good experience when staying at this hotel. The customer service is great, the breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are always clean. I don't believe I've ever encountered any issues when staying here.

Why is the coffee service next to the toilet? The hotel needs a good cleaning and new management. None of the employees acted like they enjoyed their job. I felt like they were waiting for us to leave as soon as we checked in. Breakfast was provided but left a lot to be desired. The eggs were over cooked and the sausage was swimming in grease. We will stay elsewhere th next time we are in town for a family funeral.

My family and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff overall was good. Unfortunately, there was one front desk staff who was not friendly.
