Courtyard Atlanta Conyers

Came here to help out in bistro, due to low staff. The place is very nice, everyone is so friendly and respectful. Didn’t have any problems! Has great food and beverage! Brought my family and overall it was a great stay.

Good stay. The room and hotel in general was very clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Limited dining options in the hotel, but there were numerous options in the general vicinity around the hotel. Would stay again.

Stayed one night on last minute trip. The hotel was clean but needs some updates. Our room had strong scent of chemicals at first but didn’t last long. There was no tv available while we were there and no compensation for it. The highlight is the staff. So very nice. One in particular is Denae at the food area. Super sweet and went above and beyond to help.

We decided to stay here for a night to be a little closer to the airport for our 6am flight the next day. Check in was simple, front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. There were a few people at the bar in the lobby-we would have hung out there but were with the kiddos. Did get some beers at the market area-a little expensive but was fine for what we wanted. Bathrooms in the lobby were spotless-which is always a good sign! We had two rooms and both were very clean and had everything we needed. Coffee pot in our room was broken, I could have probably used the one in our other room but was just trying to get out the door. No coffee in the lobby, but we left at 3:30am, so no fault to anyone there as it was so darn early. We got a king room and also a double queen for the rest of our party. The king room had a huge open space in it, maybe where a pull out sofa or something should have gone. We didn’t need it anyway, so didn’t care, but was a little weird. I think they must be renovating bc everything looked new, so maybe they hadn’t put in the sofa in that room yet. Great overnight stay, would stay here again if I was in the area.

I stayed at this property on 10/24. I am a loyal Marriott customer (Titanium Elite). The room was horrible!! Large water stain on ceiling, dirty carpet (mold or something else) by the AC unit, moldy caulking in the bathroom, slow running drain in the sink, stains on couch. In the gym, the TV monitors on the equipment were not working. Worst Courtyard experience in memory. The whole hotel is in need of a thorough clean and updates.

My truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot on the first night we were here. I had no way to get my horse home and had to have someone come after me. I later find out that this is VERY common from this hotel and happens frequently. The hotel appears to have taken no measures to provide security to address the issue. I alone have talked to a half dozen people who’ve had this very same thing happen at this very hotel. My Audi replacement rental had no issues, but DONT STAY HERE IF YOURE DRIVING A TRUCK AND YOUD LIKE TO KEEP IT

I've stayed in this property a number of times over the years, and my most recent may be my last. The hotel isn't that old, at least in hotel years, yet it seems to need a refresh. Stayed one night on business, and upon entering the hotel, the lobby is well appointed and smells wonderful. The person checking me in had a great demeanor with the guest just prior to me, but when he turned his attention my way, it was "ID and credit card". No welcome to the property, no thank you for being a Platinum member, nothing, just a rude interaction. Requested a room on the top floor, per my profile, and the best they could do was the second floor although the property was certainly not full. My guestroom was surface clean, but it could have used a good vacuuming as there were bits and pieces from previous guests on the floor. The climate control unit was extremely loud, and I woke up with congestion - presumably from an unclean air unit. One thing that struck me was the incredibly small television in the room. Today, most hotels in this category have a nice television with great resolution. Here, you get transported back to the 90s with a small screen and old technology. The shower was nice, but the soap/shampoo are the pump style in the actual shower. It's tough to shower without soap (the pump was empty), which was the case for me, but luckily I had a very small bar soap to use. Sleep quality was great, and the breakfast staff were extremely pleasant. That said, there was a leaky ceiling directly above the breakfast counter, which looked to have been there for a very long time. The attendants just kept wiping away the water, as it seemed this was an acceptable practice. Lastly, I was somewhat concerned about my safety while at this property. HUGE LED spotlights illuminate the parking lot and the signs stating that user is parking at their own risk. When going to and from my vehicle, I found myself constantly looking over my shoulder. Just not a secure feeling overall. There aren't a ton of good places to stay in Conyers, and this one is still fairly decent as long as you know what you are getting into. Next time, I will explore staying a bit further out in hopes of finding better accommodations.
