WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Conyers

It was an excellent one night place to stay in. Nike of the gym equipment worked but the front desk lady was LOVELY, really very helpful.

The best random stay I’ve had in a while. The staff was very accommodating. I will definitely visit again. It felt like a home away from home. My ac went we out in the middle of the day and I called Woodsprings suites Conyers and they were able to assist me!!!

I was sent here on business, and the training facility provided lodging at Woodspring. I would have gotten the heck out of this place after an hour if left to my own devices. I estimate that most of the clientele here have been evicted from their rental properties in Atlanta proper or elsewhere for living and behaving badly at wherever it is that they came from. I want to be fair about this review so I will state what I absolutely know. First. All of those reviews about friendly, cordial desk staff I do not understand. I would characterize the staff as not hostile or insolent at best, indifferent at worst. If at all possible, avoid this place for the sake of your health and comfort. Management of this place does not care or else they would do whatever it took to bring the conditions to a standard that humans would accept.

Have stayed at this hotel in other cities and had a good stay. Chose this hotel because was close to interstate and we were traveling- just wanted a nights rest. When we entered room there was a overwhelming smell of wet dirty dog and dog hair all over floor— but beds and bathroom was clean. We were so tired we decided to stay - just wear shoes. I travel with sanitizer and air spray so we made it ok. I stayed but would not recommend nor would l stay again.

I had a reservation for the Woodspring Suites in Conyes, GA. After checking in and walking into the hotel room, there were roaches everywhere including in the bathroom and on the pillows. I went to the frontdesk to complain. Jessica and her manager, Patel were rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. They couldn’t understand my frustration about bugs and it seemed to be the norm for the hotel. I don’t have them at home and therefore, I don’t want to reside with them on vacation, nor take them home when I leave. As a result, they sent someone to exterminate the room. For this reason, more and huge roaches began to engulf the room! I went back to the front desk to complain again and they moved-changed my room. I was denied the full refund that I requested and not to mention that all hotels and airbnbs in the surrounding areas were booked for the holidays. Throughout our stay we continued to have roaches. I received no housekeeping services in my room. I requested dishes and pots, but there was a fee. I had to go to the store to purchase roach spray, a broom, dish detergent, etc, to kill the roaches, clean the bathroom and kitchen area. On Christmas, the manager, Patel said she would refund half my stay for all of the inconveniences. She had to email someone to figure out how to do manage doing it. I have not received it as of yet. I believe that I'm due a room discount at a minimum or full refund for this unsanitary, uninhabitable, and filthy hotel. The rude, disrespectful, despicable manner in which my family and I have been treated was unnecessary and uncalled for. They were clearly not hospitable. I wouldn’t EVER recommend this hotel. The good reviews are fake or written by employees. I hope this review is helpful.

My stay has been to a great success. I had no support for 7 weeks from the VA. Once I got paid Ms Karen gathered up the employees and some of the children to help me get all my groceries up the elevators to the floor. She went above and beyond. They always do. You get what you make of it. Nothing is ever perfect anywhere. They made my four months of training professional and enjoyable. Please take every negative comment with a bit of truth and sour grapes. It's an extended stay.
