"Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, zu Museen und zur Altstadt – eine wirklich gute Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön. Das Reinigungspersonal kam täglich, um das Badezimmer zu reinigen und bei Bedarf mit Toilettenartikeln aufzufüllen. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Küchenpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

"Das Hotels ist zwar 2 Jahre alt aber definitiv eine Grosse Enttäuschung Sauberkeit, mehrmals die Rezeption informiert aber nichts getan, die Dusche Dichtung defekt etc. wir sind 2024 in Opera neben an gewesen auch da nicht perfekt aber die Zimmer sind immer sauber gewesen etc. nur den Service personal in Restaurant ist nicht freundlich… das dieser Hotel zur IHG Gruppe gehört ist non die definitive Enttäuschung ……"

Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. "Disgusting hotel to have a room.we got there after booking online and payday 400 ron for a family room,wich we were told on the phone it was a apartment.when we got there the bathroom had a bubble jacuzzi type bath wich was mouldy and old grime,the seal was all grimy and dirty the button foe the bubbles was pushed in and looked like it didn't function for years? We stayed there for 2 nights.the next day we went to the beach,when we come back to the room nobody change our towels,nobody come to the room for room service to change the sheets or replace the hlasses with clean ones.Breakfast is not included u have to pay from 80 ron going up.Cofee in the morning u have to pay for it as we'll!! Sbdolute disgrace.The next night cost us 600 ron still no breakfast included. When complained to the hotel stuff she just shake her shoulders and smirked at me and told me I have to wash my own glasses and she can give me sheets but I have to do it myself because the cleaners have gone home and they didn't have time to do our room!!!!.When I complained to the manager she laughed and didn't even said sorry,she didn't care at all. I Wouldn't recommend to anyone to pay to go to Marea neagra hotel in constanta unless u prepare to empty urbown rubbish,change ur own towels change ur own bedding and wash ur own glasses as although is the cleaners job to do it u be lucky if they have time or inclination to do their job.From all staff up to the manager who she is a obnoxious irresponsible manager. The manager and the stuff are a embarrassment for Marea Neagra hotel in constanta. I can't even imagine what the owner is like.Dont go there waist of money.Absolute rip off and Disgusting hotel."

"I honestly don't know where to start from. The rooms are very dirty,we have taken pictures,the bath floor at the time we have booked in was sticky dirty and hair on the floor ,the taps in the bathroom are disgusting with black dirt around them. The batroom robs were left from the previous client as they wore used. In one of the batrooms the hair dryer is not working. I have told reception and been told that some one will come and change it ,no one come .The fridges are working however they are not clean and dirty. This is one star hotel. The room cleaner come and clean the room however the cleaning was very basic,as I have come in the room after her she blamed me that I have taken her electric card .This is very concerning as if she had lost the acces card ,this means that anyone could come in the room. We have our passports and expensive cameras in the room,so I have raised the concern and she then showed me her card and stated that she had forgotten that she had it.Im not sure if this was just a scam but now I'm concern about our belongings.This is the first time I have returned to Romania after 20 years away,and I can guarantee that this is the last time I will come to Mamaia and Parc hotel.Before booking do your research,I didn't."

"Ich war hier für Arbeit im August 2023, und genossen mich damals. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass diese Reise noch mehr Sterne sein wird. Die Upgrades sind lächerlich atemberaubend: die Ausrüstung in den neuen Fitnessspiegeln lokale Fitnessstudios für komplette Trainings. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch, das Essen ist wunderbar, und das Personal und das Management sind wunderbar; das absolute Engagement für Qualitätspflege."
