Location is good, the hotel is in good shape. The staff is friendly but missing in some training. E.g., I notified front desk that in-room telephone did not work. They did nothing to correct the problem until I complained about 6 hours later. The young lady at the front desk had no idea how to log onto the internet and gave me bad information instead of putting me in touch with someone who knew what they were doing. I lost 30 minutes of my time and I had to figure out for myself that I had been given bad information. But here's the real kicker: The hotel is located in a large ***** mall parking lot. Wal-Mart, bank, restaurants, service stations, and many more. But if you want to park at the hotel instead of about 100 feet away in the ***** mall porking lot, they charge $10.00. This charge was not disclosed to me until I checked in. I do not deal with dishonest people and this will be my last stay. (By the way, I've probably spent about 300 nights and Springhill Suites, Fairfield Inn, and Courtyard properties. Dishonest has now lost Marriott a former loyal customer. And don't use the pool -- it was filthy.
