Great place!!! Easy to get to the Comox airport too!!! WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BED BUGS, & IT WAS SUPER CLEAN IN OUR ROOM ! The staff were nice, and the breakfast was just right ! I would use this hotel again, as it's convenient ! There is a good Chinese restaurant very close by too...

Upon arriving late at night we discovered multiple live bedbugs in our room, which was very unsettling. While the manager refunded us, his as response was troubling. He claimed he'd "never heard of bedbugs in that room" and made us catch one to prove it before issuing the refund. (Catching one was easy due to the large number of them, ugh!) We left immediately. Would not recommend staying here. They have a lot of work ahead of them to resolve this issue.

While the lady who checked us in was very nice and gave us a full refund - the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Stains, I can deal with. The old musty smell? That's fine. Sure, there's a cigarette burn, but it's alright. (Though, I have never seen so many stains on a blanket before.) But we discovered one of our beds was *infested* with silverfish. This is completely unacceptable. I've been to a lot of bad hotels, but never to one that made me so disgusted I had to leave. Incredibly shameful and disgusting. I can't believe they offer a pool, when they can't be bothered to properly clean their rooms.

Stayed for 2 nights and when I returned home I was covered in bed bug bites. I stayed In room 122 and when I called to tell them I did not get any kind of response, just a weak " I'll let management know" Seems clean initially and staff are friendly enough.

Clean , good price, comfortable, convenient and included breakfast which I missed but looked fine. A little dated but also not $200/ night either... Checked in very late (1:30 AM) so very pleased and relieved that someone was there still to take us in. Had actually called us beforehand to confirm based on issues with flights to Comox that day, so also reflected well on property and staff. Only bad things were no "Do not disturb sign" so housekeeping knocked at around 9:30 - 10:00. Wasn't quite up yet.. other would be to replace carpet with hardwood or vinyl ( more hygenic) . Would be happy to choose same hotel on next trip.

Clean, affordable and a very friendly staff plus a good cold breakfast. The place is easy to find as it is on the main road into Comox. It is within walking distance of a variety of shops and services.

This hotel is not along the hwy through Courtney, but near downtown Comox and the waterfront. Having said this it therefore seems to offer a clean decent stay for a reasonable price. There is an outdoor pool which we didn't use due to other things to do and a cool evening. The breakfast room is tiny but we managed fine, and the offering was not as varied as many other hotels but in the end adequate enough. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and offered a good sleep. There are a variety of places to eat, both within walking distance and esp with a short drive. The pier offers a great place to stroll and digest supper, and a splash park for the kids. I would use this place again while in Comox due to location as well as a decent place to stay at a reasonable price.

No frills but clean, quiet and well located. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small (I had asked for a basic single) but didn't feel cramped. The included breakfast is less than what most hotels offer, but a perfectly adequate "continental".

The room was on the second floor, outside wooden stairs could use some attention. The beds were comfortable, place was clean and I did like the little patio with two chairs though the view was of parking lot with only a tiny sliver of water. The pool was great, not too cold so enjoyable. Staff friendly & welcoming and continental breakfast OK. The furniture in our room was borderline shabby, in particular the blue/green chair cushion was actually threadbare.
