"The staff is very friendly! The location is right next to a large cement plant, but you can't hear it. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. The view from the hotel pool is okay, but the deck is outdated. The view from the separate club is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The accommodation is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A very strong cleaner (chlorine?) was used for cleaning our room, which caused nausea because the smell was almost impossible to ventilate. However, the cleanliness was excellent. You have your own relaxation area and very good parking facilities. All in all, it's a great stay during the week because individual loungers in the club are free for guests. On weekends, you have to pay for them, and since the two pools are so different, I think that's a real shame. But that's just how it is, and you should keep that in mind beforehand."

"Definitely do not recommend this place at all !! Worst holiday I have had in a while. The place is falling apart had cockroaches and damp and mould in my room whilst heavily pregnant. Tried to speak to management and was moved 3 times to a different room and then when issue still wasn’t resolved I requested a refund and the manager screamed in my face and refused. The food is leftovers mixed with fresh in the afternoon bread is stale and not a lot of options/repetitive unhelpful staff and serious health risks and concerns claims there a 4 star establishment more like a 1 star at best !! Would not recommend for families with children or people who struggle to walk due to the lifts breaking a few times and had to walk up multiple steps. Location is ok but nothing much going on taxis or local busses to get anywhere and not much nightlife or activities going on inside the hotel at night. Save your time and money and choose another hotel to avoid being disappointed pictures are nothing like the hotel.worst holiday ever"

"I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

"Eines der besten 4* Hotels in denen ich jemals war. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Cocktails sehr lecker (keine Zuckerplörre, die sonst so in 4* Hotels angeboten wird… und es gibt reichlich Auswahl für Jedermann… sehr viele Namenhafte Alkoholische Marken wie zb. Ramazotti, Jameson, Bacardi usw. sind im Allincl. Paket enthalten) und das Essen ist phänomenal… egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen! Wir sind hier Ende April für eine Woche zu Gast und das Meer ist überraschend "warm". Das Mittelmeer bei Kreta oder Rhodos ist meiner Meinung zu dieser Zeit viel kälter… Hier und da könnte das Hotel langsam mal eine Renovierung vertragen, aber es hält sich noch in Grenzen. Alles sehr sauber und genug Abwechslungsprogramm, damit keinem langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!"
