Das perfekte Hotel für ein Wochenende gehen weg. Binnen einer Spazierweite zur nationalen Arena, wo wir ein Konzert sahen. Es war schön, nicht zu kämpfen für Parkplatz! Das Wetter war perfekt, so konnten wir die Nacht am Feuergruben sitzen und entspannen. Wir bestellen Essen aus dem Restaurant. Ein erstaunlicher Burger! 10/10 empfehlen. Ich werde sagen, der einzige negative war die AC war nicht das Beste, selbst mit ihm rückwärts so niedrig wie es gehen würde, es war immer noch reichlich

I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

Ich war zwei Nächte für eine Konferenz und es war mein erstes Mal in Columbus. Jeder war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich fühlte mich sehr sicher. Die Kontrolle war trotz Tausender Konferenzteilnehmer in der Gegend reibungslos, ich musste nie lange auf einen Aufzug warten, die Bartender waren großartige Konversationsleute, der Concierge war süß und hilfsbereit, der Bartender in der Hotelbar war so nett, Der Kellmann und die Valetten waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Brian war so freundlich, als er mir bei meinem Auto bei beiden Gelegenheiten geholfen und mir sogar ein Flaschenwasser angeboten hatte, während ich wartete. Ich empfehle sehr, hier zu bleiben!

Ich habe dieses Hotel wirklich geliebt. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren super nett! Ich kann mich nicht an den Namen des Mädchens erinnern (sie war Ostafrikanerin), sie war die süßeste! Habe meinem Hunnie ein Freigetränk zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Die Security war auch super nett. Sehr vielfältiges Personal, die alle super nett waren. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. Das Zimmer war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Liebte das Badezimmer. Es war alles weiß und super sauber. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist super. Wir gingen zum Abendessen bei Mitchell's. Frühstück vom Restaurant war nicht so toll.

Wenn Sie die Nacht in dieser Stadt verbringen, ist es ein großartiges Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn Sie hier geblieben wären, hätten Sie kein anderes Hotel gewählt.

Die Einrichtungen sind gut eingerichtet und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind gut. Der Standort befindet sich direkt hinter der Fisher Business School im nördlichen Bereich der Schule, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl kein Frühstück angeboten wird, befindet sich im ersten Stock ein Restaurant. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Matratze und die Kissen zu weich und unbequem sind.

Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt nicht mehr genießen können! Die Atmosphäre war charmant, gemütlich und natürlich perfekt für jeden OSU-Liebhaber. Es war auch unglaublich sauber, roch herrlich und sie haben sogar einen entzückenden Welpen namens Scarlett, der hinter der Rezeption hilft! Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Parkservice waren so nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mein Zimmer geliebt. Das Bett war so bequem, karierte Tapeten und einzigartiges Dekor haben so viel Spaß gemacht, und ich liebte besonders den John Glenn Akzentstuhl! Ich war traurig, dass mein Aufenthalt so kurz war und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! !

Staff took exceptional care of all of our needs. In particular, Said was very friendly and professional. Always made certain that we had anything we needed and if we didn't have it, he got it for us promptly. Unfortunately I only took pictures of some of my meals but they were all delicious!
