This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

Hier mit der Familie für die Academie der Luftwaffe. Wir hatten gerade auf 2 anderen Hamptons auf unserem Ausflug gestoppt. Das war mein Letztes Lieblings-Personal. Die Leute, die arbeiten, sind extrem nett. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Manager einen Bonus für Geld spart auf die kleinen Dinge. Zum Beispiel, sie werden jeden Tag eine Art Cremer für den Kaffee ausgeben - nur eine. Sie setzen ”frische” Cookies jeden Nachmittag heraus - hart wie Rocks (wir waren dort 3 Tage) und die einzige Option war Macadamia Nut. Es gab viele kleine Dinge wie diese im Essensbereich. Sie waren ”aus” von regulärem Joghurt, Cream-Käse, Butter, Sie bekommen die Idee. Allerdings hatten sie schmackhafte Graduierungsdekor in der Lobby, und setzten kleine Einzel-beschichtete Süßigkeiten in einem Kehle (auch eine Snack-Mischung, Die 2 Leute, die das Frühstücksraum arbeiten, waren wunderbar, vor allem der Hohe Gentleman - er hat alles gehalten! Da ich gerade bei 2 anderen Hamptons war, habe ich den Unterschied in den Napkins, Cutlery, Toilettenpapier, Gewebe usw.. Es ist nur ein wenig billiger/roher. Unglaublich, dass Sie 2ply TP haben, die Sie noch sehen können. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch, eine Ausfahrt aus der USAFA, einfach auf/aus dem Interstate, und es gibt tonnen von Mahlzeiten rund um (obwohl wir meist im Zentrum essen). s/o nach Shauntece, der Front Desk Manager, der uns half, unsere Zimmer ausgerichtet! Insgesamt empfehle ich für Lage und Personalfreundlichkeit.

This is a really nice property and a highly recommended place to stay. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a good shower with plenty of nice towels. I was really surprised to have daily maid service, which seemed like a distant memory for hotels. The only area of improvement might be the ”hot” breakfast items...especially the sausage gravy which was a mix and did not do much for me. Everything else was as expected and the coffee was very good. Definitely would recommend!

Disabled not welcome. We had booked afternoon tea for a party of 9. I am in a wheelchair. There are 3 accessible parking spaces in the back lot, none of them have hash marks for unloading a wheelchair. I had to use a separate entrance from my party, the workers entrance where people are coming in and out with trays of food and where the dumpsters are. Dehumanizing and the staff seemed irritated I was back there. Their website says the main level is wheelchair accessible, and that they have an accessible bathroom. While I was able to get in to the area to have tea, the bathrooms were not even remotely accessible. I have a standard wheelchair that is 24 inches wide, the one bathroom that did not have stairs going down in to it was not able to be navigated by wheelchair. A staff member told me I might have better luck on the 5th floor, where there are stall bathrooms...but the elevator is also not accessible for a standard chair. It is blocked by a door on a hinge that doesn't open wide enough to allow entry. A full sized power chair would be hopeless in most of the building. There is no excuse in this day and age to lack accessibility. The gift shop is also inaccessible. So is the tour. The overall feeling was very hostile and unwelcoming. 3 of our party have celiac disease. There is a $3 upcharge for gluten free food, which much like the accessibility was just a nod to appearances. The scones were miniscule and so dry that my SIL begged for some jam (that doesn't come with them) to try and soften them enough to eat. The regular food had a nice presentation, the gluten free looked pretty much slapped together. It was definitely not worth the $40 price tag. Tea is bagged, and left to steep in the pot. This was a special occasion and most of our party was from out of town. I would not return, there are far nicer and more welcoming places to have afternoon tea that don't discriminate against disabled people.

We came for the USAF graduation. First night we checked in the pool which was to be a highlight, was unavailable because of a weekly schedule swimming lesson. So guests can't use the pool. I was going to go elsewhere but the guy at the front desk said it's only 3 hours one night a week. So we stayed. We swam the next day and it was great. Saturday we scheduled our day around a long swim in the morning. Went to the pool and they are giving swim lessons again. We are told pool isn't closed, you can swim. There is an entire class of toddlers accompanied by parents in water doing lessons with instructors calling out directions. They were changing a toddlers' diaper on the pool deck! BTW there are no bathrooms in pool area! Really? Also room service was skipped even though we requested ahead of time per the rule.

Gutes Hotel, in der Nähe des Safeway Supermarkts, das Zimmer ist gut, das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist gut. Es ist 3,2 km vom Garden of the Gods entfernt und nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.
