The first sign of trouble was when I could not find the hotel. When I called I was told that I should see the sign only to find out that the sign was not lit up at night. It was explained as a socket problem. I can not adequately describe how bad this place was other than to say that please do not be fooled by the pictures! This was the dirtiest Comfort Inn property that I have ever stayed in over the years. The lack of security, as witnessed by the non-locking outer doors and the multiple broken locks on the room door only confirmed my suspicions that this property has had issues for a while. The stairway bannister was so dirty I would not touch it! When I contacted the property I received an email from the owner stating that they were going to be doing renovations and that this takes time. There was no sign of renovations in August 2024 and this place should be shut down until it is thoroughly cleaned!

This hotel should be demolished. Crazy state of disrepair- dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Missing tiles from bathroom and ceiling. Dirty sheets, rooms and carpets. Complementary breakfast is a stale muffin and some cereal. Very old, broken down and outdated hotel.

Not a good Hotel. I was assigned a room in the second building- second floor with no elevator to begin with. When I got to the room there was a rather large puddle on the floor, it had been raining quite hard. OK things happen? I went back to the front deck and they assigned me a different room in the second building this time on the first floor. As I entered the building I noticed a few large trash bags filled with trash, apparently stored just outside of the front entrance of this 2nd building. This trash was still there the next morning. The non smoking room I had obviously been smoked in recently too. For the breakfast the pancake machine was not loaded with batter, probably for the best, the pancake conveyor belt looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. I visit the Albany area about once a month and this was my first time at this Hotel- I will also be my last.

Stayed here many times in the past always come back and it's always great. The rooms are very spacious and some rooms do have sofas. Continental breakfast is always a plus as well. For the price I pay it's really good close to everything I need.

Spacious and very clean. The staff is great. Could use more protein in the continental breakfast though. Very accommodating. They do have an elevator in the main building with was very helpful for me because of my back. The people at the front desk are amazing every time I come. Super friendly and inviting.

I stay often at this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and it feels like coming home. The room I stay in is always clean and comfortable. It’s nice to get a quick breakfast, fresh fruit and coffee.

Hotel is in a great central location with easy access to everything. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff is friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Jacuzzi rooms are large and spacious and the jacuzzi tubs are very relaxing.

The beds were comfortable and they were clean. The continental breakfast had a lot of options for the price point. The lobby is really nice and the staff is really friendly. If I had to complain the parking lot could be in better condition. Other than that, the place was great.

Just don’t go Breakfast only bread and butter Open the sink the water was BLACK Smell ******* everywhere Dirty and trash every where inside and outside Don’t Even know if the sheet was clean🤮 Yes only 60$ but no spend more have better place.
