Hotel has seen better days but for budget traveler is ok.

people living on 2nd floor very noisy all night no supervision,ther is nothing but a coffee maker in the breakfast room no cups got to go to the desk for them and have to ask for there bagged breakfast with a mini muffin small water a little thing of apple juice and breakfast bar not whats in there picture the place is completiy empty only a coffee pot

The beds and climate control were fine. I didn't use the shower. The continental breakfast did not exist, and checkout was just dropping the key in a bowl. I couldn't find a desk clerk to ask a question bat that time.

Upon arrival, it was disheartening to find that the hotel did not offer a shuttle service as expected. While I appreciate the personal effort of the desk attendant to provide transportation, this is not a substitute for professional hotel services. The condition of the rooms was, frankly, unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness suggested a severe neglect of maintenance, which is not only uninviting but also raises health concerns. I understand that cancellation policies are in place for a reason, but under such circumstances, I believe an exception should have been considered. The refusal to waive the cancellation fee added insult to injury, and as a result, I chose to seek accommodations elsewhere despite the financial loss. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting a review of your facilities and services. An improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

The property may be dated but the pricing was fair and the staff was TOP NOTCH. They were professional, kind, helpful, and thorough. As a young female who got stuck at the airport after midnight, this hotel took care of me appropriately!!!

Facilities were in bad shape and very dirty. Staff was awesome and did everything to make the stay as good as they could. Transfers were great

The hotel was dirty, and run down. It needs a coat of paint and new carpeting. Thank goodness we weren't spending a lot of time there only to sleep. The only positive was that the sheets appeared clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Will only stay there again if it's the only hotel room left in New York, Albany area.

Photos are misleading. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. But step outside the room and it is a different story. Dirty halls and stairs. Would not want to touch the stair handrail. The "breakfast" room is just a big empty room with tables. It is not used because the continental breakfast is not served. It is in a bag (apple juice, water, apple, small cheap muffin and soft bar). The "shuttle" is an employee in a compact car. Glad only stayed one night.
