Bar is too small and too lit up. Toilets very low to the ground But the staff was super friendly and nice

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I enjoy staying at different properties across the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular area. Having taken Amtrak to Petersburg (Ettrick), and seeing how this area in Colonial Heights is highly commercial with many places to eat, I chose this property. Upon arrival I went directly to my room, and it was the one I had chosen the day before on the app. Digital Key worked fine. I only visited the front desk later to pick up some snacks and get my free spring water. I found the room to be clean and inviting. Plenty of ample space for my belongings. No outside noise as I had chosen room not facing I-95. The bathroom was certainly a good size, no problem with counter space for my toiletries. No hot water issues with the shower. Did not partake of the breakfast. All in all a good stay, and with all there is to do and dine in the area, I surely may be returning again.

This place is gross. The lobby is very nice when you come in. The front desk attendant was friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions. The rooms once you get upstairs are absolutely disgusting. Ripped carpet, hair on the rug, old furniture, crusty film on the headboard. Awful place to stay.

Was on a long road trip and checked in after midnight. Desk staff was very nice. This location is dated. Hallway had no air conditioning. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. It was so late that I didn't want to go back to desk. Carpets were very stained and grungy.

Nice property! Room very clean and big! Staff here is very nice and helpful Lots and lots of restaurant choices and shopping in the area some even within easy walking distance Hot tube has great strong jets and was super relaxing but could use a nice scrubbing- I still would give this 5 stars except the breakfast was awful! As a Diamond member we get credit daily for food on site and the breakfast was so bad we didn’t even want it for free!! The buffet was pitiful- everything undercooked and tasteless- had to ask for juice, milk and bacon as there wasn’t any- very very disappointing for such a nice property

The breakfast “buffet” is a false advertising scam. It is not a buffet as you can’t walk through a bar and pick out what you want to eat. You are forced to eat scrambled eggs which I hate. Other than that, the TV has a good selection of channels and my jetted bathtub was nice. The pool, though small, is heated and nice as well. It was quiet and comfortable. I was just disappointed by the breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly, helpful service. Restaurant not open all day and limited dinner menu, so the 6 of us Uber out. There are plenty of places to walk to eat. Pool and hot tub, nice. Can’t say enough about the staff! They are the best!

This hotel is right off the highway, so convenient for travelers. But good luck trying to find it without erroneously going into shopping center parking lots. Once you arrive, the front desk staff is amazingly friendly and hospitable. The rooms need a makeover. Very clean, but the furniture is old style and the bathroom wall was a bit ripped up in places. There are not many good dining options within walking distance, we opted for the in-house restaurant. The food and service were both mediocre at best. There's a Panera right behind the hotel, which works for breakfast.

At check in card was authorized for one dollar amount and then they changed the rate during the stay and never made contact with me to advise that it was an employee error. They just charged the card after the fact and never even sent me a receipt. When I called the hotel to question, they said that is not there issue and the employee should have addressed this with me and not the hotel manager. FRAUD on all aspects.
