Was looking for a place to sleep for a night while in Chicago for a rock concert. even though we reserved our room late, the room was ready when we got there, was clean, and the staff was very polite. Would stay here again if in the area. Edit : changing my review to five stars, I feel as though they went out of their way to make sure me and my buddy had a room ready, stocked, cleaned, all while having less than an hour to prepare. Well done. Thank you again

This place In Collinsville Illinois is grate, location very convenient, Maxican Restaurant just right in the front of the Hotel, that was very good, Walmart just a minute from the hotel, and There are many other restaurants around the hotel.

Great place to stay and avoid downtown prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is right off the interstate and close to food and services. Rooms are clean and updated. Also very close to the motorway track, state parks, fishing and golfing.

I believe they're still remodeling but our room was just fine. Slept great. Service was good along with the WiFi. The exercise room was perfect! Breakfast was good with a nice set-up. I love the Dove toiletries!! Will stay again. Keep up the great work!

This is a place where kindness and customer service reigns. Friendly faces greet you throughout the day. It may be a 2 star hotel but every one of the staff has a 5 star attitude. Pet friendly and my cats appreciate a nice window and comfortable place to stay. Yummy fresh breakfast in the mornings Very considerate to travel nurses. Definitely a safe place to stay.

Room was clean, coffee in the lobby is tasty. The side doors are a struggle to open with the key card, maybe because the air conditioning was dripping on it?They were definitely calling the room and knocking on my door when I was 18 minutes past check out.

The room was clean and neat which ultimately is the most important point of the entire stay so kudos to the staff. However, a lightbulb was out in the bathroom and the TV channels were hard to navigate. Additionally some of the interior of the lobby looked used and abused and certainly could have been freshened up. The eggs in the continental breakfast were really unappetizing so I took a hard pass on those and the OJ was really watered down. Overall I would stay there again, hands down.

Decent hotel and for the price it was fine. Needs lots of touch ups and upkeep. Lots of visible faded paint. Pool left much to be desired. Very old and dingy chairs. No loungers.

This La Quinta hotel in Collinsville Illinois is the best. Their customer service is amazing. Staff members was very helpful and the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and lobby smells really good. I would definitely come back here and stay again. Thank you.
