Es serviert auch kostenlose Kaffee und heißes Wasser im Lobby. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Hotel etwas entfernt vom Geschäftsbereich ist, so dass Sie vielleicht ein Uber zu essen brauchen."

"Information on 3 different websites shows that the front desk is staffed 24/7. It is not or at least it wasn't on May 9th. You cannot contact the property directly. OYO manages it so you have to call them and get that number. When you get the number to the property, no one answers. If you book from another service like ******* or orbitz, you can't get OYO to help. They tell you to call that service. Then you have to spend over an hour on the phone waiting for someone else to confirm that yes, they are supposed to be open and no, they are not in order to get relocated and refunded. All of this while waiting in a parking lot at midnight. If you want the hassle of getting the run around, not knowing if they'll be open when you show up, no way to contact anyone and being stuck without a room at night, book this hotel."

"We booked a 3 night stay at this hotel. When we arrived to check in, the man at the desk said it is no longer an OYO hotel and it had a new name and new owners. The man said he didn't have our reservation so we left to find a new hotel. After numerous and frustrating times, I have attempted to get my money reimbursed and I keep getting the run around! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ANY OYO HOTEL. IT IS NO LONGER AN OYO HOTEL AND OYO REFUSES TO REIMBURSE ME."
