I didn't actually stay in this hotel because I canceled my reservation before it got to that point due to the general manager being extremely rude and YELLING at me on the phone because I had asked for my out-of-town guest's name to show up on the reservation confirmation. The receptionist who I made the booking through said she was going to email me two reservation confirmations, one with my name and one with my out-of-town's guest's name, but when I got the confirmations, they both had my name on them. When I called up to see if I could get my out-of-town guest's name to show up on the reservation, the general manager started yelling at me by saying: "MA'AM THAT IS NOT OUR POLICY!" and when I asked why she was yelling at me instead of the receptionist who provided the incorrect information, she just started yelling at me more; she said there had not been a woman on duty that morning, she had no way of checking who had made my reservation, and she didn't even know if I had made a reservation at that hotel (even though she had pulled it up on her computer with my reservation number and the confirmation clearly had the hotel's address on it). I didn't understand why she was yelling at me as if I had done something wrong and I most certainly wasn't going to let my out-of-town guest be on the receiving end of her filthy mood and unprofessional behavior, so I canceled the reservation.
