- Breakfast time for weekend is until 10:30 but at 10am, some foods/ fruits were not refilled probably due to only our family were the last (arrived 9:30). The lady staff refused to refill the bacon cos no more guests will eat but when the man staff heard he said yes he will do. The lady at first didn’t want to fix the egg boiling machine but when I tried to explained both English and French that I couldn’t boil the eggs properly since yesterday, then she agreed to refill the water in the boiling machine. It was dirty and not enough water in that. When we were eating and the time was almost 10:30 (6/oct) the same lady asked us to clear the dishes, look like she wanted to chase us away. It was impolite to treat the guest like that. My son couldn’t finish 3 croissants leftover, he took with him, she said that can’t take and must pay. I replied these 3 croissants will be thrown away anyway, why? She still said need to pay!!! She was so impolite. I expected she explained us more politely and allowed us to sit eating peacefully. - parking: we drove few times to find the parking place but unfortunately there were no parking place except finding at the public area. - The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and provided very good service especially at our arrival day (4/10)and made so fast pizza for our family. The morning staff on our checkout day (6/10) was also helpful. - the room is clean and we met staff, were friendly.
