Highly recommend! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Friendly service, food was lovely! The view from our room was nice, treats left in the room from the head chef was an added bonus we weren’t expecting, overall fantastic

Everything was excellent, the welcome, staff, room and especially the food. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the town and the bridge to Ballina. Both of us made use of the in-house spa treatment. Clodagh was lovely. There is plenty to do if you enjoy walking, sightseeing or fishing. Very handy for a visit to Limerick.

The first room I was given wasn’t clean. I took a few photos and went back to reception. There wasn’t really an apology, but I was given another room and luckily it was a clean room. Had breakfast the next morning which was fine. Didn’t use the restaurant in the evening. I chose the hotel as a solo night away for the spa but wasn’t impressed. The treatment was average but the facilities didn’t feel very clean, and after 15 mins in the thermal suite after the treatment I went to use the shower but the water was freezing, I quickly put on the robe provided and went to ask reception but there were no staff to be found, I had to dress in robe and walk back to the hotel room, passing the spa reception again where I waited another while to let them know the water was not hot and still no member of staff to be found.

I was in the Killaloe Hotel and Spa today for the spa and bottomless brunch with friends. Had a great experience. I had a massage and a facial at the fabulous Sionna Spa. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Will definitely come again, and will recommend to all my friend s😁

I booked the hotel for a special family occasion, and Iddy was amazing from start to finish! So accommodating and so professional ! We had the cocktail bar upstairs and the room itself was stunning and the hotel had the tables laid out beautifully. The care and attention from all the staff made the whole event run so smoothly. Dion was our barman for the night and he was just fab with the guests chatting and ensuring a great service at the bar. The food was plentiful and delicious and our guests are still talking about the stunning views , the room and the night ! Looking forward to working with Iddy again for another big occassion we have planned. Highly recommend the Hotel and the staff for all their hard work Mel

There were 7 of us in 4 rooms. Check in and out were quick and easy. The rooms were clean and confortable. Even though the hotel was busy we were made to feel specila by all the staff. The choice of food was good, every one was happy with their choice. The staff came and sang Happy Birthday. We will be returning

I hosted a bridal shower in the Killaloe Hotel & Spa, there was 24 ladies all eager to have a great time, the staff understood the assignment!! Each and everyone of them went above and beyond their duties to ensure all ran smoothly. Anything that was asked of them was expediated with such professionalism. The food was out of this world, everyone complimented it, and the portions were huge. Iddy, John Ellen were exceptional, the lovely Daniel had the hardest job showing 24 ladies to make cocktails, he took it all in his stride - lovely young man, very professional. We booked the spa the next morning, so relaxing, thermal suite was devine, and the treatments received were exactly what was needed. We will 100% return. Outstanding hotel.

Not an experience I'd like to repeat. The temperature control dial on the radiator in our room was broken off and lying on the floor so we spent the first night sweltering in heat. The second day, we asked for the problem to be fixed and they sent in a handyman who fixed the radiator, but left our patio door unsecured while we were out with our valuables in the room and exposes to potential theft. He also plugged in a hose from the 'private' patio to outside without asking us and then came to tell us on the stairs that he would nerd to come in and out of our room during the day to access the hose in our patio (he couldn't access from outside apparently). Completely ruined our stay. We were looking for a private retreat to celebrate our engagement. Reported to reception on the day it happened and when we left but were told there was nothing they could do. Such a shame. We were really excited for our stay. Won't be coming back.

My wife and I are both in our mid seventies. Our first visit to Killaloe hotel and spa. What a wonderful experience. Our room overlooked the harbour. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were excellent from reception to catering. During our three day stay our room was serviced each day by friendly staff. The scenery around Killaloe is absolutely breath taking. Would highly recommend this hotel?
