A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Große Erreichbarkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut durchdacht. Die Requisiten im Raum waren stilvoll. Es war das zufriedenstellendste Hotel auf dieser Reise. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Sapa gehe, werde ich auf jeden Fall hier bleiben.

The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

Es hat einen Pool und Fitness und ist ein wenig spät angekommen, und der Front Desk Service war gut. Das Frühstück war auch ein Buffet. Ich ging früh raus und ging zu meinem Gepäck spät nach dem Auschecken als Reiseplan. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sauber.

Die Lage wird in der Nähe des Hauptzentrums Sapa betrachtet, wo die Straße nach links nach dem Ausflug aus dem Hotel, schöne Dampfboot und bbq, Massage-Parlour, Clubs, Orte zum Trinken in der Nacht und Sapa Markt sind gelegen, Fußwege Höhe 10 bis 15 Minuten. Es ist auch 10 Minuten entfernt, indem Sie in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs gehen, um für diejenigen, die den Schlafbus zurück nach Hanoi nehmen. Das Hotel ist schön, mit Bergen, aber während des Aufenthalts ein wenig düster. Sonneneingang direkt in den Zimmer am Morgen. Das Hotelpersonal ist genügend freundlich, um für den Transport zu den interessanten Orten in Sapa ohne zusätzliche Kosten zu arrangieren, ist die Zahlung 100% an den Fahrer. Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es keinen Aufzug, alle Gepäck und Gegenstände müssen mit dem Flug von Treppen neben dem Hotel und in der offenen Umgebung ohne Dach/Schatten, wenn es sicherlich nass. Aber das Hotel bietet eine Schattenschilder und das Hotelpersonal wird bei der Anbringung des Gepäcks helfen. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich auch auf einem Aufzug, bevor es die Lobby erreicht. Warmwasserdusche nur bis zu 15 Minuten, dann beginnt das Wasser zu kalt, nicht gut für kaltes Wetter als solche.

Liked: Allowed us to check in early (but with charge!); The staff were all very friendly and accommodating; They gave us extra pillows and towels when we asked for them; The breakfast tastes fantastic; The heated showers worked perfectly; THE VIEWS- SUPERB!! Really close to restaurants and the Sun Plaza station too! Did not like: The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are not that clean. There were makeup stains left (i assume) in some of the towels; The TV has no internet; The heater/AC cannot accommodate the entire room, it only reaches some part of the room; On our day 2 and 3, the lights in the bathroom are flickering and the TV is not working.
