Our family had a 3-day hotel stay. I really like this place, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. My family has young children, the receptionist helped carry luggage up to the room and when it was time to check out. They enthusiastically advised on entertainment venues and helped my family buy cheap tickets! I really thank you and will come back here when I come to Da Nang

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas von der Stadt entfernt. Es gibt nicht viele Orte, die in der Nähe passen können. Die Isolierung ist wirklich nicht sehr gut, weil die Türen ein wenig schwach sind. Die Zimmer- und hygienische Umgebung sind gut. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Hongkong gehe, sollte es nicht mehr bleiben.

Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich in Danang besuche. Ich freue mich hier zu bleiben, weil wir eine große Familie sind. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich großer Raum und auch Toilette. Das gute ist Klimaanlage, Lebensmittel und Hausaufbewahrung. Der Preis ist günstig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, aber der Wert ist hoch. Ich bleibe lieber hier.

We were only in Danang for one night to see the Dragon bridge but unfortunately we’d become ill with nasty colds so we cancelled our sightseeing to have dinner and go to bed early. On entering the room, I was surprised at how tiny it was. The photos were definitely deceptive. Other than that, it seemed fine - very basic but fit for purpose. We did note that there was no in-room safe though. I then looked for the room service menu however, oddly for a hotel, there is no room service. However the room information (which was predominantly in Vietnamese) said there was a restaurant on the 8th floor which appeared to be open until 8:30pm and a bar on the 9th floor which I guessed must serve snacks. So we headed upstairs. The restaurant was closed (not closed off as we could walk in there but it was empty and no lights on ect) so we headed to the bar…. That was totally devoid of life too. The bar area features the infinity pool which, if we’d been healthy, we would have loved to have a dip in - the area is gorgeous. So we went back to reception to see if they could order some food in for us (we really felt very unwell and it was now raining too) but the receptionist spoke very little English and didn’t seem to understand us so we reluctantly headed out to find food. Thankfully there was a restaurant basically next door and we managed to order some fried rice for dinner. Maybe our ill health impacted on our impression of the hotel but I was really quite amazed that a hotel in a major tourist town is so ill equipped and under-utilised. I certainly wouldn’t recommend the Del Luna. The hotel management is missing out on turning this place into something special.

Wir besuchten Da Nang kurz für etwa drei Tage und wählten Golden Lotus als unser Sommerurlaubsziel. Das Team an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal spricht sehr gut Englisch. Besonders Helen & Nguyen half uns bei der Organisation von Ausflügen nach Hoi An und zur Insel Cu Lam Cham. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sauber. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine leistungsstarke Dusche und verfügt über einen sehr schnellen Wechsel zwischen heißem und kaltem Wasser. Das Restaurant serviert ein sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr attraktiven lokalen Gerichten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage - nur einen Spaziergang zum Strand 2-min. Komfortable Zimmer mit einem sehr weichen Bett, das Zimmer ist geräumig. Wir sind sehr glücklich hier zu bleiben. Das Personal ist perfekt. Gut sprechend Englisch und sehr hilfreich. Sie können Ihnen helfen mit allem, was Sie wollen und jederzeit. Ich liebe dieses Hotel und empfehle es jedem, der nach Danang kommt. Ich werde hier nochmal bleiben, wenn ich die Chance habe, nach Danang zurückzukommen.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, wie ein Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer ist in guter Zustand, und ich glaube, ich habe gereist, weil ich die Verandatür öffne und auf dem Sofa sitzen, um die Landschaft zu genießen. Schwimmen Sie jeden Tag zu diesem Preis einschließlich Frühstück, gehen Sie zum Einkaufen in Lotte Mart. Es ist so einfach zu greifen, dass Sie nicht stressig werden. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist, dass es, wenn Sie lange bleiben, schwierig war, Ihren Schwimmbad zu trocknen, weil es keinen Platz für eine Waschmaschine.

La struttura probabilmente quando ha aperto avrà avuto il suo fascino, ma ora è in stato di abbandono totale. La pulizia è veramente approssimativa, basti vedere le foto (negli angoli e vicino al letto c'erano capelli e oggetti come spille da balia buttate, che chissà da quanto erano lì), la parte della piscina con tanto potenziale ma anche lì abbandonata a sé stessa (l'acqua non era sporca, abbiamo pure fatto il bagno). Il frigorifero in stanza non raffreddava nulla. Un peccato davvero. Lo staff è molto gentile e ci ha dato la stanza alle 12 senza farci aspettare le 14. Mi ha cambiato il bollitore che aveva segni di ruggine. Purtroppo però la gestione è davvero pessima, per il prezzo che chiedono si trovano stanze in hotel di categoria superiore (o al massimo spendendo 2/3€ in più). Insomma non lo consiglierei.
