Meine Familie und ich blieben ein paar Tage in Cambria Hotels. Jedes Zimmer war schön und super sauber. Es ist sehr bemerkenswert, dass ihr Personal um ihre Arbeit und was sie herausgestellt haben. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal war sehr nett und freundlich, was unseren Aufenthalt so viel angenehmer und entspannender machte. Andere Mitarbeiter waren sehr professionell und willkommen und die Zimmer waren sehr organisiert, so kann ich sicher sagen, dass ich hier wieder bleiben werde ! Josh E. Burke

We had a very nice room: clean, spacious, well equipped with good toiletries and a coffee pot. The beds were very comfortable Really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. The only minor negative was that the air conditioner was a bit loud when it restarted the cooling cycle. In general we had an excellent stay in this very pleasant hotel with very gracious and helpful staff.

Wir kamen früh am Abend und sofort war der Väterparker bei unserer Tür, lieferte uns ein Ticket-Stube, er sagt: Keine Sorge, nehmen Sie die ganze Zeit, um Ihre Sachen bereit zu machen und ich nehmen das Auto, wenn Sie bereit sind.” Das entspannte uns sofort und der Rest war ein Bris. ”Wir haben einen komplimentären Wiedereintrittsservice, so können Sie so viele Zeiten gehen und zurückkehren wie Sie wollen”. Parkplatz ist $37, aber als wir Punkte verwendeten, war es die einzige Gebühr und wert es für uns. Check-in war schnell und freundlich. Aufzüge waren schnell und ruhig uns bis auf unseren Stock. Beleuchtung im Zimmer kann ein wenig heller sein, als wir dachte, aber sonst haben wir es geschafft. Betten waren extrem weich und komfortabel, mit großen Federn wie Kissen - die Art, in die Sie sinken. Bad ist ein Zimmer für sich selbst, mit separater Dusche, Toilette und Bad mit doppeltem Vanität- zwei Tauchen. Viel Speicherplatz und alles in allen ein wahres 4-5 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr ruhig. Nur eine Frage, die ich an die Geschäftsleitung weiterleiten würde, ist dies: Die Hauptlobby sollte nicht der Sammelplatz für irgendeine Art von Socialisierung/Essen sein. Es gibt viele Zimmer in diesem sehr großen Gebäude, um das aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die Gäste, die sich anmelden, würden lieber den entspannten und privaten Spaziergang zu den Aufzügen schätzen.

The hotel is located in a desirable location, close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The rooms are clean, and laid out in a practical, functional way. Breakfast is included and is plentiful- perfect for our family of 6. It’s not gourmet, it’s free, so enjoy it and be thankful. We witnessed a few guests be condescending and rude to the staff who were trying to keep up with the morning rush. We found a table each morning except for one which was fine and we ate in our room which had a table, chairs and a large kitchen area. All of our staff interactions were pleasant. Parking is convenient and located adjacent the entrance. The laundry room is excellent with plenty of machines to accommodate all guests. The gym is small but clean and well maintained. The rooms are the best feature. If you need a place for more than one night and you have a large family, this is the right choice. I’d recommend this hotel for families, especially those with young children because the rooms are large and the kids have space to play. The hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is checks all the boxes for a family with children who need no frills, convenience, practicality, functionality, and clean.

when I was booking this hotel, I saw the photos of the rooms, looked very new and modern. Once I got into our room, it was old, smelly and very different than the photos. My finacee went to make a coffee and right at the beginning a cockroach came out of the coffee machine and went into the snack basket. We particularly picked this hotel because we needed a place for a week and we like to cook, but because of this we didn’t even touch the kitchen. I was not happy with the hotel or the room but the area was quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Parking was easy and free.

I have to travel to Westchester County often during the month; and sometimes very last min. It seems that every time I check in, I am greeted with a smiling, welcoming gentleman by the name of Dwight. The quality of hospitality he extends is top notch. He recommends the best rooms for my taste as well as provides me with food options in the surrounding area. He provides water and I was even given candy during Halloween (I know, I know) but it's the thoughtfulness and courtesy he shares that keeps me coming back. Now I did have an issue during my extended stay; and, the manager that particular day did the bare minimum to resolve my issue. That manager also didn't let me finish my complaint before he was reciting a policy to me. This I found extremely rude and dismissive. Now, If Dwight had been there; I have no doubt my problem would have been handled with paramount concern and care. As a matter of fact, It is because of Dwight that I accepted the minuscule adjustment and only subtracted 1 star; knowing the issue, this review would have gotten a 2 star, Just Saying. Promote Dwight to Manager. Having a dedicated person like him in charge of staff would definitely have all the guest receiving the 5 Star treatment. Because if they modeled him; everyone from staff to guest would feel and have a fabulous experience. Dwight is a 5 Star Team Member!!!

Die Front Desk ist absolut professionell! Zeuge einer sehr wütenden spanischen Dame, die sie online reserviert hat und forderte den Front Desk Manager auf, die Rate zu erkennen. Was war nicht ein guter Weg, in dieser Sache zu sprechen, wenn sie schön gewesen wäre, vielleicht wäre es anerkannt worden. Neben dem, dass mein Aufenthalt absolut großartig war!! Arbeiter sind schrecklich!! Und sie erwähnen und graben und gehen Frühstück, das sie sehr klar gemacht! Ich würde diesen Ort definitiv empfehlen!! Gastfreundschaft war großartig!!!!

Das Hotel sieht ziemlich alt aus, aber die Wartung ist gut, es gehört zu HILTON, das Hotel zu unterhalten. Das Zimmer kann nicht das Fenster öffnen, ein wenig nass. Die kleine schwarze Rezeption des Hotels ist noch bereit, zu reden. Hiernach habe ich den Flughafen, an dem das Auto von Red Dot gebucht wurde, bequem gebucht.
