I have and had to dispute a smoking fee for $250. 45 minutes after checking out, they sent a email about a smoking fee for $250. I went back to dispute the charge after saying there was no smoking in the room. Once it was proved there was no smoking then they decided they wanted to change it to a deep cleaning fee for a stained towel. This was a targeted attack on my family. Then I was threatened to be put a do not rent because the incompetent staff didn’t know to communicate and lacked critical thinking when contested with facts but did not lack in their expert exercise of complicit bias. The staff is disgusting.

Everything was great except there was no hot tub or spa, plus the pool was uncovered and in the parking area out back. It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe to go out there. It should be a completely enclosed indoor type of setup, for better safety and security, not just a fencing wall structure. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

Bequemer Transport, faire Preise, sauber und komfortabel, komplette Einrichtungen, bequemes Parken, begeisterte Rezeption und reibungsloses Frühstück. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein sehr gutes Mittelklassehotel mit einem angenehmen persönlichen Aufenthalt. Es liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn und ist etwas laut, was vielleicht eines der gemeinsamen Merkmale dieser Reihe von Mittelklassehotels ist.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fwy 80 und in der Nähe von vielen Essen. Betten sind komfortabel, sehr sauber, und Zimmer sind geräumig. Wir hatten Frühstück und es war eigentlich sehr gut und sie lieferten Artikel zu fangen und zu gehen. Die Person hat große Persönlichkeiten und sehr hilfreich. Wird sicher noch einmal bleiben. Mein Ereignis war im Fairfield und das Hotel ist buchstäblich 8 Minuten von dort entfernt.

I booked this hotel in advance for a long-weekend getaway. Although the sign at the front office says ”All rooms are not smoking,” the room we were given had a strong smell to cigarette. The sheets on the bed were not properly tucked in and a homeless person was a few feet from our door with his shopping cart full of his belongings. The front door of the room was not closing properly. I went to the front office and told the attendant that I was not going to stay. Attendant was very polite and courteous, but the property was in very bad condition. I got full refund through Priceline.

This is more than just a hotel. I know that this brand is not known for being five star, or having some sort of amazing luxury experience I go to those hotels and really appreciate the attention to details. However, this hotel is becoming quickly one of my favorites. We stay in Vacaville on family business every other month. This is the second time we stayed at this Fairfield Inn. We love Marriot And have also stayed at other Marriott properties within a 1 mile radius. But there are two things that make this hotel stand out for me. The first thing is the staff. Both times we have come to this property we were checked in by someone at the front desk named Dominique. When I tell you, this is the nicest person who truly loves her job I am not exaggerating you get the sense that she’s there because she likes welcoming people making them feel comfortable and at home on the property. I really was motivated to share how much I love this property by her. Welcome the second time around. Because we recall the first time we came here and just how sweet and kind and knowledgeable she was. It was great. The other reason I am writing this is because these are hands-down, some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. I thought it was me and it could be but I’m telling you there’s something about the feather bed or something luxurious and comfortable and amazing they’re doing when it comes to these beds. I should also mention that the property is always immaculate. Thanks so much to Dominique and the rest of the team that make our stays so comfortable!

Gezahlt $92.30 für ein Doppelbettzimmer, das wenig Ausstattung (kein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Gewebe, Frühstück, Shampoo usw.) bietet, aber das ist Motel 6 für Sie. Diese wurde in moderner Art neu gestaltet, die die meisten von ihnen jetzt haben, obwohl die Neubauung ein wenig zurück gemacht sein muss. Ich liebe die Flachsboden--keine mehr scharfe Teppich--und sie erlaubt Hunde-- der einzige Grund, warum ich hier geblieben bin. Das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber außer für ein paar verrückte Haare im Badezimmer. Es gab ein neues WC, das nicht richtig gepflückt und gesteinigt war, als Sie auf dem Bett saßen. Das Bett war weich. Handtücher waren dünn. Das Personal war freundlich. Eine Nacht hier für eine Hundeshow war ok, aber ich würde nicht meinen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Gotcha! In einer Zeit, in der Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft in ziemlich kurzer Lieferung scheinen, konnte nichts weiter als die Wahrheit, wenn es um das Front-Desk-Personal der HIE&S in Vacaville geht. Von der Zeit, in die wir eintraten, bis wir uns abwarten, waren Gina, Caleb, & Wynette (entschuldigt, wenn ich den Spritz zerschlagen) hervorragend freundlich, engagierend und untergebracht. Diese Leute könnten in anderen Gastfreundschaftsunternehmen zum Lehrer/Coach ausgeliefert werden und sind ein Kredit für das Hotel und die Marke. Das Zimmer, das Frühstück usw. waren ziemlich viel, was Sie von der Kette erwarten würden, aber sie haben eine sehr schöne Patio, direkt außerhalb des Innenpools, mit Feuertisch, um den Abend glückliche Stunden Erfrischungen und Snacks genießen. Der Ort war nicht zu beschäftigt, als wir da waren, oder die Leute nahm ihre Getränke und Snacks in ihre Zimmer, so wir fühlten uns, als hätten wir unseren eigenen privaten Raum, um den späten Nachmittag/Frühabend zu genießen. Wir hatten keine besonderen Pläne, irgendwohin zu gehen (nicht zu gehen und den ganzen Tag dort zu gehen) und haben unserem Aufenthalt eine Nacht hinzugefügt, zum großen Teil aufgrund der Freundlichkeit des Personals.
