When we arrived we had two rooms one in the front the other in the back building. My daughter and her boyfriend walked into the room they were assigned in the back building to find dirty towels, the bed a mess and food on the microwave. Clearly someone else was already given that room. There were several people just hanging out in front as well as in the hallway making making comments about her luggage and her boyfriend’s jewelry. As we walked into our room up in the front the room smelled like mildew and had marking in the wall. When we went in to the front desk he thought he could find another room for my daughter in the back building and i refused to stay there. He clearly knew I was not happy and was not about to stay there so he quickly refunded us and we went about our way to another location. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone stay here!!

Stayed in a one bedroom ”suite” with the most disgusting bath/ shower. When I complained/ asked for a new room, I was told that all the baths are the same because Auburn has hard water, so they just paint over the rust... If this is what the bath in a suite looks like, I would hate to see the other rooms.

The excellent staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable!! We felt very welcomed here. Our little dog was also treated with great dignity! The room was large and very clean! There were no hairs in the bathroom. There were two clean trash cans in the room that had trash liners. The linens on at least one of the beds were clean and fresh. The room had been renovated but was a little bit worn. However it was very clean!!! There was some construction work at night on a nearby road but the wifi was excellent and I was able to stream relaxing music all night to cover the noise from the nearby construction. The building and the lobby are really beautiful. There were a few things that were under repair, like plumbing for the breakfast and lobby coffee but the staff handled it wisely and came up with great solutions!! I would definitely stay here again!

I stay at this well run and comfortable property often while visiting family nearby. Excellent location. Well laid out rooms with modern updates—-charging plugs, easy to use large LG TV, microwave. Excellent complimentary breakfast—-look for the microwavable wrapped breakfast sandwich biscuits in the fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Victor at the front desk is always personable. Very quiet rooms. Thank you Assistant General Manager Serkan Askin for your personal attention working with my bookings.

Das schreckliche Zimmer riecht!! Auch in den Blättern. Es ist wirklich zu schlecht, weil die Vordertafel Leute schön sind, das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, und das Eigentum ist weg von der besetzten Hauptstraße.. Auch so, wir würden nie wieder wegen des schrecklichen Zimmer riechen! Viele andere Bewertungen hatten die gleiche Bemerkung.

Dieser Tag war angenehm. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend nett. Der Ort war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Viele tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung mit tollem Essen. Leicht zu erreichen Lage war in der Innenstadt. Alles war leicht zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, die Einrichtungen sind gut, der Schlüssel ist sehr hygienisch. Worcester liegt nicht weit von der Innenstadt von Boston entfernt, aber der Bahnhof befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel und das Parken ist kostenlos. Frühstück ist gut

Carpets and bedding musty and lumpy, broken lamps, worn furniture -- everything in the room seemed 30 years old and unloved. Tiny cramped bathroom, with minitub, soap and shampoo in refillable pump bottles mounted on shower wall as at a gym, that pull off and fall into tub when you try to use them (and hardly seems sanitary that every guest has their hands all over them). Below freezing cold outside but a/c was blasting frigid air, controls and on/off switch on a/c-heating unit not functioning, wall temperature control box not operable by guest. The room seemed like housekeeping had not been in it since several months before in summer -- how else would nobody have noticed the a/c blasting frigid air before February? Ended up trying to block the icy blast from the a/c blower by covering vent with towels, bedspread, but not successful. Jacuzzi spa was completely drained and bone dry -- with strips of moldy duct tape stretch across it like a giant asterisk -- that duct tape looked pretty old and discolored, as if placed there a long time before: ”Oh, we're waiting for a part,” says the desk. Right. Pool looked fine but was closed: ”Oh we're down for maintenance.” ”Oh we're waiting for the inspector.” When paid-in-advance customer opines they chose the hotel for pool and jacuzzi, is told by desk, ”We'll refund one night from your bill.” A total lie. Despicable: charging for facilities and services they've no intention of providing, lying to customer re refund just to stop them from demanding what they paid for. This place effectively has no pool and no jacuzzi, and negligent maintenance altogether. Oh and the ”breakfast available” will set you back about $20 per person with tax. They display bottles of water prominently in the room, but fine print on the label warns they are only ”free” if you first pay a hefty rewards program membership fee. $50 per night ”incidentals fee” swiped from your credit card on check-in, I guess in case you drink of the forbidden water. I cannot comprehend the level of pettiness in the corporate boardroom when policies creating this nickel-and-dimey guest-hostile operation were decided. It is beyond cheap, it is beyond a clip joint: it is fraud. Was in town for events, so no time or energy for the distraction of acting as unpaid consultant to this absolute disaster of a company -- incompetence plus bad attitude all around -- the antithesis of hospitality. Must to avoid.
