Das Frühstück ist ein typisch amerikanisches Motel-Frühstück mit Würstchen, Speck, Joghurt, Saft und Kaffee. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, es gab keine Mikrowelle im Kühlschrank, zwei Betten, nur einen Hocker. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich der Hannaford-Supermarkt.

Abigail, der Aufsichtsrat in den Hauptorten Portland, hat meinen Mann und seine Mitarbeiter mündlich begegnet. Sie war unreife, missbräuchlich, unprofessionell und missbräuchlich. Wir verbrachten 2 Tage unseres 3-Tage-Aufenthalts, um mit ihrem Scheiß zu arbeiten, und baten GM Abraham um eine Anrufung bis zum nächsten Freitag, wir wurden nicht kontaktiert. Wir vermieten 2 Zimmer für 3 Nächte 4 Tage. 2300 Dollar ausgegeben und 230 als Ausgleich für den Missbrauch, den wir ertragen. Hotel-Hochhauspersonal, und die anderen Frauen am Büro waren erstaunlich. Marcia Front Desk sollte der Manager sein. Abigail sollte entlassen werden. Das Management war nicht reaktiv, unsere Bedenken wurden nicht mit einer ausreichend wertvollen Lösung des, was passiert ist, begegnet.

My wife and I came to Portland Maine to visit family. We stayed at the Sheraton Sable Oaks and we were very pleased we did. I would like to thank Chris Merriam Exec Chef for his kind and generous hospitality. What a gentleman! Meg Poulin Sales Manager happened to come by our table just to say hello. Imagine that? And Suzie our waitress took very good care us. Through our conversations we determined that between the three of these wonderful people there was over 90 years of hospitality expeience at this single property. Can you imagine? That ”is” the testament of this matchless property. We...will...be staying there again. Thank you all

Im Restaurant gibt es derzeit auch niemand zu kochen, so dass es nur eine Bar ohne Essen gab!

Nicht das Geld, das sie zahlen. Der Herr am Front Desk scheint nicht seine Arbeit zu mögen oder kennen seine Arbeit. Er machte Fehler beim Einchecken. Bei der Anhängung der falschen Kreditkarte schickte man nie Gepäck ins Zimmer und schien nicht, um jedenfalls, wenn wir versuchten, die Situation zu korrigieren. Es gab eine völlige Verwirrung über die Hotels Teil zu lösen. Spreche mit dem Front Desk Manager zum Zeitpunkt der checkout, rief und sprach mit Pat den Front Desk Manager ein paar Tage später. Er sagte mir, er würde die Gebühren ansehen und mich an diesem Tag anrufen, er hat mich nie wieder angerufen. Rufen Sie ein paar Tage später und bitten den Hotelmanager, Michel, erläutert die Situation über das falsch bezahlte Essen. Er sagte, er würde es ansehen und mich zwei Tage anrufen, er kam nie wieder an, wie er sagte, er würde. Er musste das Hotel noch einmal anrufen, nicht mehr als eine Woche später. Sprechen Sie mit einem anderen Manager, der sagte, er habe das Problem herausgefunden und meine Kreditkarte einige Tage früher kreditiert. Noch nicht das Kredit gesehen. Erstaunliches Frühstück, freundliche Empfangspersonal, Spaßpool und eine riesige Außenfläche um das Hotel um Ihre Beine zu strecken oder Spiele spielen. Viele Parkplätze. Das Hotel ist wie ein Labyrinth, das die Kinder gerne erkunden werden. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und veraltet, aber alle anderen Eigenschaften machen die Zimmer Staub im Wind. Oh und sie setzen nur in alle neuen Matratzen, während wir da waren.

Schöne große Zimmer mit Wohnbereich, Küchenbereich (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Gehäuse), Kofferraum, Arbeitstischbereich, Kleidung Schrank, separates Badezimmer Vanität und Dusche/WC-Bereich und Schlafzimmer. Viele Zimmer für Arbeit, Spiel, Entspannung und Essen. Sehr schöne Parkplatz. Observieren Sie Flugzeuge kommen und gehen direkt aus Ihrem Bett. Frühstücksbuffet verfügbar (Käse Omelette, Erdbeerenjoghurt, gepickelte Sauce-Patates, Pancakes, verpackte Muffins und mehr.) Getränke im Lobby sind Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und warme Apfelcider. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.

RRelax36101416745Meine erste Reise nach Maine war erstaunlich. Dieses Hotel war schön. Ich verstehe, es wurde vor weniger als einem Jahr eröffnet. Die Lobby war schön, kostenloses Frühstück und eine Nachtfreude mit Getränken und Essen. Gymnastik- und Waschbecken sowie Wasser-/Eisversorgung im ganzen Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön und so gut ausgeführt. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Designer dieses Raums die Bedeutung der Maximierung des Raums verstehen. Es war eines der wenigen Hotels, die keine Alarmklopfen hatten, die in diesen Tagen so redundant ist. Hatte ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten, sehr weich und geräumig. 3 Nächte stehen, Küchenbereich, geräumiges Badezimmer, großer Schrank, Deskspace ...wirklich, es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum von Portland!

陆陆Das Frühstück ist ein typisch amerikanisches Motel-Frühstück mit Würstchen, Speck, Joghurt, Saft und Kaffee. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, es gab keine Mikrowelle im Kühlschrank, zwei Betten, nur einen Hocker. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich der Hannaford-Supermarkt.

GGuest UserWe were in shock with our stay. The rooms were filthy. Black mold and mildew on the shower heads and in the groove lines on the shower wall with a black shadow on the bottom of the tub. There were hairs all over the bathroom. The floors were nasty with dirt and debris everywhere’s. The furniture in the rooms and in the main areas were all stained up. The desk chair in one of our rooms was a fake leather chair and it was completely cracked and pealed and if you sat on the chair it stuck to your clothing and pieces fell onto the floor. The rugs had not been cleaned at all. The walls and the vents were dirty even outside the room. The hall vents were black as could be around the vents, walls and ceilings. The lobby bathroom walls were dirty had old soap dripping down the wall dried and caked on. The trash can was all rusted and dirty. The floors were covered in dirt. We got two towels that had brown/red stains on them. We asked for a bag of trash and a plunger used for a back up toilet be taken down the first night of our stay and it was left outside our door because we were told housekeeping would pick it up and it sat there our whole stay. The pool and hot tube room windows were covered in green and black growth also and the worst part is the pool and hot tub chemicals burned our skin.

GGastnutzerWe needed a hotel for one night that was close to the airport. This fit our needs. It definitely needs updating and is not worth $150+ a night but…it’s clean and the beds are comfortable.

Kkristeyh2020Nachdem ich die meisten Tagesreisen auf der Website sah, meine Ehemann Tochter und ich selbst waren erschöpft. Es ist schwer, ein Haustier-freundliches Hotel zu finden und das war das erste, das wir für mehr als eine Stunde Fahrt finden konnten. Als wir fragten, ob sie ein Zimmer hatten, dachten wir, groß ist es um 7:30 Uhr waren wir alle erschöpft und wir haben tatsächlich einen Ort, um mit meinem Hündchen zu bleiben. Als wir in unser Zimmer nur in die Halle gehen, um oben zu gehen, gab es Müll überall im Teppich. Ok also lass ich das gehen, weil es ein Haupteingang so ich durch den Tag Dinge fallen oder was auch immer. Gehen Sie ins Zimmer und öffnen Sie die Tür das erste, was ich sah, war Kaffee noch im Kaffeetasse sitzen. Yuck 🤮 offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Hubby und ich überprüften die Betten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie keine Fehler hatten, die gut waren. Blatt schien ok. Auf den Ecken des Betts waren alle Arten von Krümmen. Offensichtlich wurde kein Vakuum verwendet. Also wollte meine Teenager-Töchter TV sehen und schätzen, was es nicht funktioniert. Ich rief das Front Desk an, um ihr nach dem Versuch alles zu reparieren zu sagen. Das Mädchen auf dem Desk war sehr angenehm und ich bin sie überhaupt nicht schuldig. Sie sagte, sie sei relativ neu und würde ihre Aufsichtsbehörde anrufen, um herauszufinden. Nun, sie rief mich zurück, um mir zu sagen, dass sie eine Nachricht hatte zu ihrem Aufsichtsrat, aber niemand hatte geantwortet. Ok, also kein Fernsehen was auch immer. Spät ging ich in die Dusche und bemerkte, dass der Gräfin aussehen und der Schlauch kaum auf der Wand hängte. Ich kam rein und duschte und bemerkte, dass die Tube nicht abgewässert hatte, so hatte ich Wasser zu meinen Ankeln. Also jetzt sind wir alle bereit, zum Bett zu gehen, wie es einen langen Tag war und die dunklen Betten waren wie Felsen. Hart und sehr unbehaglich. Etwa 2 Stunden später wacht mein Mann und sagt, er war heiß und er ist nie heiß, er verwendet selten Ac. Als ich aufstieg die Ac-Einheit war es, die heiße Luft zu springen. Dann bemerkte ich, dass es dauerte, bis die Nacht abgeschlossen. Vielleicht sind einige meiner Beschwerden, weil ich 4 Jahre lang Hausmeister war, aber ich denke nicht, dass das ist, was es ist. Wenn wir bereit sind, zu prüfen, habe ich meine Bedenken und Gedanken geäußert, dass sie etwas tun würden, um es richtig zu machen, aber stattdessen habe ich eine Geschichte darüber, wie sie ein Reinigungsunternehmen zu reinigen anstellen.
