Finde Hotels in Sharonville

Wir beginnen unsere dritte Woche hier zu bleiben. Wir sind hier für medizinische Behandlung und wollten einen Ort, der wie zu Hause fühlte. Es gibt viel Platz. Die fast vollgroße Küche ist so handig. Ein Geschirrspüler ist großartig! Es gibt viele Orte, um Ihre Sachen zu lagern, einschließlich eines schönen Schrankes. Wir lieben das Schlafzimmer und Sie können die Tür zu schließen. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Es gibt einen separaten Bereich mit einem Sofabett, Tisch, etc. 2 sehr schöne TVs. Die Leute, die hier arbeiten, sind so nett. Sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ein Grab und gehen Tasche wegen der Kleidung. Sie haben jedoch gutes warmes Kaffee. Es gibt einen Ort, um Waschbecken, ein Fitnessraum, ein Basketballhof und ein Pool zu machen. Der Pool ist noch nicht geöffnet, aber es sieht aus wie ein schönes Gebiet. Sonesta befindet sich in einem wenigen Industriebereich, aber es ist sehr nahe zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir lieben es hier!

Das Hotel ist gut, sehr genossen. Frühstück ist nicht schlecht

Also buche ich ein Zimmer wie vor 2 bis 3 Tagen. Ich sollte ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten und einem Sofa bekommen, das in ein Bett geputzt wurde. So habe ich etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden hier gereist. Ich komme in die Lage um 12am, um sich auf 3-4-2023 zu überprüfen, was 3-5-2023 gewesen wäre. Also ging ich rein und der Typ, der arbeitet, raucht draußen sagte, wir sind reserviert. Ich sagte, ich habe eine Buchung. So ging er rein und ich gab ihm meinen Namen. Er sagte, wir bedauern uns, wir hatten keine Reinigungspersonal, um dein Zimmer zu reinigen. Also sagte ich, Sie können es nicht reinigen. Es tut mir leid, ich weiß nicht, wie man es reinigen kann, in einer brutalen Weise. Dieser Kerl sieht aus wie er in seinem frühen 20s. Er hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Als ich versuchte, ein anderes Hotel zu finden, war er auf seinem Bluetooth-Telefon sehr laut mit jemandem darüber, wie sie über 2 Wochen kein heißes Wasser hatten, sie hatten nicht viele Zimmer mit arbeitenden Fernsehsendern, der Pool funktionierte nicht. Er sprach auch schlecht über seinen Boss Arron, der Manager, dass er derjenige war, der niemand auf einem Samstag arbeiten konnte. Er sagte auch, dass das Hotel an diesem Tag wie 30 oder 40 Buchungen zu stornieren musste, aber das Hotel NICHT von mir gefangen genommen. Ich habe immer mein Telefon auf, egal was. So enttäuscht. Ich habe ein besonderes Bedürfnisseskind, dass wenn die Dinge nicht gut gehen, es ist ein Albtraum, wir werden es ein Albtraum sein. Ich werde Unternehmen zu all diesen Dingen rufen. Das muss repariert werden. Ich musste ein anderes Hotel finden. Ich warte immer noch auf meine Rückkehr in diesem Hotel. Wenn ich es konnte, würde ich ihnen nicht einmal einen 1. ZERO VON 5.

We stayed here for three days while touring Cincinnati. Check-in was the worst part of the stay. There was a guest smoking on the front porch right under the no smoking sign. We told the front desk clerk and she told me that some people just won't obey the rules. Her problem to enforce, not mine. Then, we were unable to connect any of our devices to the wi-fi in the first room we were assigned, which was at the far end of a long hallway. I could connect in the lobby and at the near end of the hall, but I could see the number of bars going down as I walked down the hall. Back to the desk. She told me (1) that this was not possible as they had been full over the weekend, and had no complaints (2) all she could do was give me the hotel's tech support number to call. Really??! It took me some pretty serious insisting to get her to move our room to the near end of the hallway, amid much complaining on her part. OK, the rest of the stay was pretty good. Our second room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but good - decent choice of hot and cold items. The neighborhood is basically near-in suburban on a busy E-W road; low-end restaurant chains nearby and a reasonable drive to better options. Despite the proximity, it's not terribly convenient to downtown, but between the construction and the traffic, I don't think there IS a good way to get to downtown Cincinnati. I'd stay there again, but I'd shop around first.

As a Redi-Rewards Member I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Sharonville from February 2-4. I have been a frequent customer for the last 4-5 years attending church in the area. On February 2 in Rm 105 late at night I noticed bed bugs crawling on the mattress, and took specimens to the desk staff Michele. She recognized them in disgust and gave me a second floor room. At 12:30 am I moved to another room, which was very acceptable. I was told I needed to contact the manager about a refund, and an inspection by pest control would have to be made next week. After returning to Akron, I called the Red Roof Inn Sharonville and was denied speaking with the manager. Also, I was informed that pest control indicated there were no bed bugs upon inspection. I have never had a problem with this hotel, and simply wanted a refund of the bed bug disturbed night of February 2nd. What a disappointing experience, and certainly will change travel plans.

Worst overnight experience ever. At 1:30 am a drunk woman opens the door and walks in to our room, waking up my wife, 3 children and me. I tell her to leave then lock the deadbolt. A few minutes later someone else (turns out to be hotel staff) attempt to FORCE their way in (thanks goodness it was locked this time) before demanding my name. I get dressed and go to the front desk only to meet the drunk woman and her male friend as well as the staff person who tried to force his way in. Apparently they checked us into the “wrong” room, so they’d given drunk lady a key to the room we were in. Staff member could not care less that my children were traumatized wondering why someone was trying to get into our room TWICE in the middle of the night. This is a serious safety concern, and is the way that people get hurt or worse. Will never stay anywhere near a Baymont Inn again.

I stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and it was really great. The staff were friendly, the room was big and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast was yummy. They also had a gym and a place to do work, which was handy. I think it's a really good place to stay if you want a nice and easy time.
