Ann at the front desk is the best employee at front desk! This hotel is the best! The service is exceptional. I am always so happy with the service and price. The breakfast is also amazing. They also offer free breakfast. Parking is also free. Very close to the highway. Best hotel in Walpole.

Zwei Nächte auf unserer Reise nach Boston im Hotel. Viele Einrichtungen umgeben und sind einfach zu den nächsten Bahnhöfen zu fahren, weshalb wir dieses Hotel Kaffee. Das Hotel selbst von außen sieht erschreckend und sehr runter. Es gibt mehrere Gebäude, zwei ein- und ein- und ein- und zwei-Ebene-Gebäude. Wir blieben im Test-Ebene-Gebäude. Das Zimmer selbst ist viel schöner als außerhalb des Hotels und erscheint etwas neu renoviert. Das Badezimmer ist jedoch nicht renoviert und könnte ein wenig TLC verwenden. Die Vergeblichkeit ist sehr dünn, der Heizgerät im Badezimmer war unglücklich und super alt. Das Badezimmer war sehr grob und nur super alt und nicht sehen. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Kissen waren gut. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, anständige Größe TV und zwei Stühle im Zimmer. Wir trafen ein Toilette, das nicht fließen würde, da es kein Wasser in ihm gab, als wir dort waren. Ich habe den Namen der Mitarbeiter nicht erhalten, aber er war dort beide Abende, die wir geblieben haben. Er war extrem hilfreich und hat die Situation gut gehandhabt. Wir betrachten das Problem und in Minuten kam er, um die Probleme zu lösen, konnte er nicht so in einem anderen Zimmer gestellt werden. Ausgezeichneter Service. Das Frühstück sollte um 7. beginnen. wir gingen auf unsere erste Morgen um 7.05 und nichts war raus. Wir gingen um 7:15 zurück, um zwei Arten von Getreide, Bananen, Donuts und ein paar Brot zu finden. Die Saftmaschine will arbeiten und das Getreide, das ich nach so gestachelt hatte, musste ich es einfach rauswerfen. Es war ein sehr kleiner kleiner Tisch zu sitzen. Das Parkplatzstück ist sehr klein und wenn Sie ein größeres Fahrzeug haben, wäre es ein Albtraum. Das Hotel war insgesamt ok. Es wäre nicht meine erste Wahl, wieder zu bleiben, aber es war auf der billigeren Seite. Ich fühle, dass es nur so viele andere Orte gibt, wo ich wahrscheinlich nicht dieses Hotel wählen würde. Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel ruhig, aber keine Straße Lärm, wo der Boden laminat ist, konnten wir alles über uns halten, wenn die Leute gingen.

The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.

I stayed here one night while attending a multi-day session for work. I’ve been to many workshops here and it’s one of my favorite places in the Boston area to attend a session because the conference rooms are nice, and the snacks are top quality. It was my first time spending a night at the hotel. The room was nice with a single queen bed. It seemed recently renovated and clean. I appreciated that the remote was wrapped up and that there were wipes next to it to wipe things down if you wanted to. The bathroom was fine with a tub, the shower wasn’t anything special (would have loved an upgraded shower head) but worked fine. The view from my room was laughable as it was all HVAC systems, but I will say I liked the window shades. The hotel has a pool and a small but functional gym. All the staff I encountered were very nice. I would certainly stay here again if I have another workshop in Norwood.

Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen mit, wenn Sie keine Hausschuhe haben (eine nordamerikanische Hotelfunktion). Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer hat auch eine einfache Küche, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, Besteck, Teetassen, Teller sind vorhanden. Es gibt zwei 1,5-Meter-Betten und eine Schlafcouch im Zimmer, ausreichend für 5 Personen (bei sechs Erwachsenen ist die Schlafcouch etwas überfüllt. A multitude of sins. We reserved a room here for three nights specifically because it advertised an EV charger but when we arrived, needing to charge my car, we found the charger wrapped in yellow barrier tape. Broken. And the only one. We had to drive to Canton in rush hour traffic to the nearest charger. This was the biggest problem but we also had to take cold showers for two days. No effort was made to give us access to another room or at least take some of the cost off our bill. Then the cleaning staff shared our elevator ride while transporting dirty linens. They don’t have a service elevator. I don’t care about riding with “the help”, that’s absolutely fine. I do not want to travel with dirty laundry. The staff were sullen: evidently unhappy. My husband asked for water from the breakfast buffet staff and she just said “we’re out”, not “I’m sorry we’re out: let me get you some from the front desk.” Powdered scrambled eggs (most Hilton/Hamptons serve real fresh eggs), skimpy offerings of yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. The last thing I noticed before leaving was the corridor carpeting was FILTHY, like brown all down the center, while the edges showed the actual color the carpet was originally. Carpet cleaners are not expensive and are available to rent, buy, or have a service come in periodically. So. Gross. Otherwise the general appearance of the place was fine. But no one seemed the least bit inclined to fix any of the problems. We have NEVER seen such a bad Hilton property. We virtually only stay with Hilton/Hampton but that will change.

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you
