The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s close to everything! We walked everywhere and my children loved it. There's a water play area about a hundred feet from hotel, you can walk to many delicious restaurants, breweries and the river. There's a Whole Foods if you need groceries. It's great! There were a few inconveniences that I would fix but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. The elevator wasn't working when I arrived and I was on the second floor with lots of heavy luggage and lots of kids. It was also 90 degrees out so that wasn't fun. The lovely lady did volunteer to help me lug it up. My key stopped working every time I left my room whether it was by my phone, tucked in a pocket, or kept away from everything. Another really annoying thing was every single day a group of women having some Barbie party would take over the entire pool area. The tables, the couches, the lounge chairs. They literally hogged everything ALL day long leaving hardly any space for any one else. They left their pool toys, floats, and food ALL over the pool area and could not be bothered to be anything but rude and entitled. I wish the staff would've checked on that situation a little more but we had fun at the river instead.

Das Hotel ist außerhalb von Portland sehr gut verwaltet. Das Zimmer und die Grundstücke sind unschön, das Personal sehr angenehm und die Umgebung sicher. Es gibt obligatorische tägliche Reinigungsräume, die die Umgebung nicht schatten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr. Vielen Dank für den überraschend angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist ok, die Lage ist gut

Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war im Allgemeinen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind auf Spec. Das Hotel war etwas günstig, weil es keine Körperlotion und komplimentäres Wasser bietet. Das Frühstück war grundlegend und die Eier waren kalt. Das Hotel ist nicht täglich im Zimmerservice. Dieses Hotel ist gut, geht aber nicht oberhalb und über.

Overall we enjoyed our stay there. The staff very Accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean. The could use updated. They have plans to update the hotel. As displayed in the lobby. Looking forward to it. The only negative is the breakfast. We are in their dining room. We ordered steel cut oats, and one order of toast, we are simple at breakfast. We had water, and my husband had tea. It came to $33. That seemed high for what we ordered. I think I could have been okay with that price, but the oatmeal was horrible. For the cost I would have expected a yummy rich homemade type of oats. This was definitely instant, and very dry. So yeah, I'd skip breakfast there for sure.
