well i lost the business card the guy gave me. i think his name was trey. he was very helpful anyway finally i had good pillows at a hotel. when i checked in, the young lady at the desk was very helpful snd very friendly and nice. at all the holiday inns they seem to be this way. i used to stay at motel 6 because im kinda chea[ but once i became an IHG member i really like my holiday inns. if i ever need a hotel in loma linda again, ill stay here

Sie sind im Prozess der Renovierung von Zimmern. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war neu. Die Betten waren komfortabel und der große TV war schön. Ein Mikrowelle und Mini-Kühlschrank waren auch im Zimmer. Es gibt einen kleinen Konzessionsstand, um Snacks im Lobby zu kaufen. Das Frühstücksgebiet ist geräumig und die Frühstücksoptionen waren gut. Eier, Kuchen und Grau, Waffelmaschine, Oatmehl, kaltes Getreide und Obst.

Alles war großartig. Außer dem Zimmer war nicht sehr gut gereinigt, was mich ziemlich unbehaglich machte. Der Kundenservice war schön, aber am nächsten Morgen wurde ich auch weiterhin harmlos über die Auscheckung, obwohl ich gebeten und erhielt die Erlaubnis für eine späte Auscheckung um 1:00 statt 11:00, aber andere als, dass es ok war.

We love having our team meetings here, service and food are amazing! Lulu is amazing on making sure food is hot and replenished. Rooms are large and clean, we always reserve some for our guests attending meeting who are traveling from far. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, please ask for Monica in the sales department, she’s amazing!

Das Hotel war wirklich schön das Personal war sehr nett die Zimmer waren sauber und desinfizierte Geruch sehr sauber ich?

Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe. Das Personal in ihrem Haus ist sehr nett und enthusiastisch. Es scheint kein Zweibettzimmer zu geben. Nur ein großes Bett, mit einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa. Aber die Qualität des Schlafsofas ist nicht gut und es ist schwierig zu schlafen. Es ist keine Person, die bei der Buchung vorsichtig sein muss. Frühstück und Happy Hour an Wochentagen gehören in diesem Markenhotel zum Standard und sind in Ordnung! Es gibt Opener, Panda Restaurant und viele westliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Essen ist relativ bequem!

You Must Stay Here!!! Especially if... You like getting your catalytic converter stolen while parked 15 yards from the front door of the hotel. Also, if you like getting completely ignored by the manager Mr. Solanki when you are requesting the video surveillance footage, then this is your spot! Do you like your emails and phone calls dismissed and never replied to? Then you will feel right at home here! Do you want to go in and speak personally with Mr. Solanki so you, too, can be treated like you don't matter? Then book a room and enjoy all these benefits for the low, low price of $4500 (catalytic converter replacement, rental car fees, insurance deductible, missed days of work and time/energy spent trying to get a hold of Mr. Solanki. I have given Mr. Solanki over 15 opportunities to reply, either through either email, phone calls or visits to his hotel. The one reply he sent was an email with no subject, no message, no greeting, and no professionalism whatsoever - it contained 2 pictures of what he called ”The Incident.” Well, one picture was of a car that was not mine, along with 2 other vehicles that were not mine...so basically useless. The other picture he sent was a screenshot of the time when the first picure was taken off of the video. Again, useless. Other than that, Mr. Solanki never replied. When I finally saw him at the hotel, he refused to share the video. I asked him what he was hiding and he said he wasn't hiding anything. I told him, ”If you're not hiding anything, then share the video with the police.”, but he refused. After that, he just kept interrupting me as I tried to have a conversation with him. Anytime I said anything, he just talked over me. I know of one other catalytic converter theft that occurred at this hotel, so be careful if you stay there. And if, God forbid, something happens to you or your vehicle, don't be surprised if you have ZERO help or support from Mr. Solanki. By the way, corporate has not been helpful at all either. They have replied via email 2x and left a voicemail asking me to return their call 1x, but other than that, they have not been in touch either. I returned their call as requested and left 2 voicemails, but have yet to hear back from them. Just so you know, my family and I have stayed at BW hotels many times and, in fact, we stayed at the BW Plus on Shelter Island in San Diego after this incident occurred. Since they are all independently owned, our experiences have varied, but usually they are good. However, this incident, with the hotel not responding and corporate not being helpful, has changed my perspective on the BW Brand. I stayed here from 4/29/24 to 4/30/24.

Der Staat war wunderbar, der Parkplatz hätte ein wenig besser sein können, aber ich weiß, sie arbeiteten mit dem, was sie hatten. Alles war noch im Bau, so dass ich weiß, dass es nachher groß sein wird. Das Innenzimmer war schön, das Zimmer war sauber alles war gut gesprochen Ich konnte nichts für etwas, um perfekt schönes Badezimmer und  Küche sein.
