Das Hotel ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und wir können früh einchecken, wenn wir um 5 Uhr morgens ankommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und einladend. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sehr komfortabel. Der Kleiderschrank ist groß. Die Badezimmer sind groß und gepflegt und ordentlich. Es gibt Seife, Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschhaube, Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste und Hausschuhe. Wie in anderen Hotels im Ausland gibt es keine Wärmflasche und Sie müssen Ihre eigene mitbringen. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist großartig. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich der Publix Supermarkt, der sowohl rohe als auch gekochte Speisen anbietet, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Spezialitätenrestaurants. Auch die Dadeland Mall und andere Plazas sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

Große Lage Im Dadeland Mall - lieber, dass Sie direkt durch die Mall in das Hotel im zweiten Stock von Macys gehen Bar und Pool-Bereich hervorragend- Personal alle sehr glücklich und hilfreich

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und sauber und die Landschaft, die aus dem Fenster ausblickt, ist sehr schön. Die Wäsche ist, dass es keine Wäsche mit Wasser ist, die leicht zu schütteln ist. Upon arrival the lady that checked us in 7/29 around 4pm was very nice and gave us all the informations about the hotel. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and had a good night sleep at your hotel.Breakfast is a plus.Cookies at the front desk are really delicious.Highly recommend this property

This quality inn is a great alternative to expensive (resort-fee) hotels. I’ve stayed here twice while doing personal business in Miami Beach and not having sufficient time or inclination to pay for amenities I don’t use. Though it is a half hour drive from Miami Beach this location is easily accessible and the traffic is manageable certain times of day. Nice residential neighborhood that I felt safe running in the morning. Close to many family friendly restaurants & The Falls mall which has an Apple Store. Updated clean & spacious rooms. Very comfortable queen beds. Nice pool & patio, free parking and free, breakfast. Well run, family-owned establishment. I chatted with the owner last year and she said her family owned and operated it for 40 years. My brother and I shared a room and both agreed that the place is simply pleasant and relaxing. I love staying at the beach but when I have no time do it this place is my go-to alternative.

I paid too much, for the little I got. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. The doors are not automatic, it was like trying to get out of a rat trap, with that wheelchair. If you are like me traveling with your love ones that is in a wheelchair or trying to pass those doors with a stroller. You are going to have a problem and will need help. The one star 🌟 was given for the person that checked me in. After that everything went downhill. Once I got upstairs the air freshener was the first thing I smelled, but it was no match for the ********* smell in the hallway. I rather smell wet carpet, then to smell that nasty *********. I called and asked if smoking ********* was allowed, because this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel! No, I was told, there is no smoking allowed. Thank God the smell was not in the room. But that wasn't the only thing that was not in the room. There was no silverware or plastic ware. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a plastic spoon to feed my mom. There is a stovetop, but there's no pots or pans. There was no paper towel. These are the things I look for inside an extended stay hotel! The room is stocked with only 2 towels and 2 wash cloth. That next day, after I bathed and bathed my mom, I realized I needed one more bath towel. The house cleaner was right outside my door. When I asked for a towel. She said ” No”. I had to go downstairs. When I asked the lady at the desk, she told me there was no towels available, come back in an hour. And bring the dirty towel too! She yelled, as I was walking away. Let me say it again, this place is not wheelchair accessible. The bed, I mean the mattress on the spring table, stands about 3 feet off the floor. With the grace of God, I was able to put my mother, that stands 4 feet and 11 in. into bed. This was not an easy task because she needs complete assistance. One good thing about the bed, was that it moved, so I was able to move it around the room to better care for my mom. And the rest for furniture moves too. I could have easily turn on some music and played musical chair. I am confused on how this hotel is 3-stars. But I guess to each is own. You see I am really a 5-star kinda girl. but I was being cheap, and that is what I get. You get what you pay for. Like my friend always say, ” and what have you learned? ” I learn to NEVER use this hotel, again. And to tell ALL my family and friends to save their money and not use this hotel. And I learn to spend a little more time and read the reviews. I've learned to spend a little more money and get the service I expect. COMPFORT.
