The Holiday Inn Express feels either newer or renovated in the last few years. Staff were polite and hospitable. The amenities and services were as you expect and as is standard. Breakfast was slightly better than normal as it had the full array of buffet offerings, including egg white omelets and turkey sausage. I didn't, however, see any fresh fruit or berries. The pancake machine was broken. My room was mostly clean. I say mostly because the sofa was disgustingly stained in multiple places. That sofa should have been replaced a while ago. The stains are inexcusable. That side, everything else in the room was clean. The pantry off the side of the front desk was mostly empty. Some more snacks and drinks would have been appreciated. As an IHG diamond, I received zero recognition. Not even a suite upgrade even though suites were available. Ignoring the stained sofa and zero IHG elite recognition, the only real issue I experienced was parking. The parking lot is very small with barely enough spaces for the number of rooms. The adjoining parking lots for other businesses do not allow hotel guests. Those driving a big truck or SUV or pulling a trailer may not have anywhere to park if the hotel is busy. All things considered, there aren't many good hotels in the Uniontown area. I would almost certainly return if I was back in Uniontown.

The night auditor was so helpful he gave us an discount because of an dirty room he also offer to clean it and give us late check out because it was 2am and make our stay comfortable I wanted to tip him but didn’t see him when we wake for breakfast 8am

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl an kostenlosem WLAN das Personal am Front Desk und Haushalter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich, Das Zimmer war wirklich gerüchte ich war überrascht, der Wert des Zimmers hatte ein großes TV hatte ein Mikrowelle alles enthalten! Wi-Fi war sehr schnell

I agree with one of the other tripadvisors when they say this place was dissapointing. We use comfort inns a lot, always find them good value, nice comfortable beds, large room, generally very decent. I don’t think I have ever walked out of an allocated room before and almost felt like not taking the second room given to us. The first room was very large with a kitchenette but there was a slight “not nice” kitchen smell. We opened the door to the cupboard under the sink and it was filthy, like it had not been cleaned in an extremely long time. On closer look the whole room looked a bit grubby, in one of the bedside drawers we found a small crusty looking bug. On face value the reception is very smart, the carpets look new and the work surface in the bathroom and kitchen area looked new, furniture was not too bad except for the office chair which looked dismal, settee was old and stained, the base to the shower really needed a good scrubbing, just looked grubby, our slippers stuck to the bathroom floor, the wall paper was grubby with patches missing and the rooms really are in need of a lick of paint. When we went to reception to ask for a new room we waited over 20 minutes for the lady to re appear, we were shouting and hunting around for her, she eventually appeared (on her mobile phone) and looked amazed when we told her no one was on reception, and not that interested when we told her about the room. We had 2 days here and put up with the shower door not closing, the really poor breakfast (first morning only, there is a Bob Evans next door), and the baby elephants who were obviously staying in the room above us. Maybe they are in the process of doing things up. I would suggest just getting rid of all the office chairs in the place as they are all bad and just gave a bad impression when you walked in the room. There is however no excuse for not cleaning a room properly. We had been travelling around for the past 2 weeks and have noticed that all hotels are not offering daily housekeeping which is absolutely fine with me but the staff should also be spending double the amount of time in each room after each guest has left to make sure it is clean, I feel they are only spending the same amount of time per room as they would if they were doing it daily and it really is not enough.

Wunderbar Hilton Hotel. Von Check-in bis Check-out war es sehr schön. Der Poolbereich war perfekt. Dampfzimmer und Bäder im Pool waren nur das, was wir brauchten! Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig, und ich schätze immer die Mikrowelle und Kaffeehersteller. Wir wussten, dass wir wahrscheinlich etwas Verkehrslärm hören würden, da es neben der Autobahn ist, aber es war nicht so schlecht. Wir gingen neben der Tür zum Texas Roadhouse zum Abendessen eine Nacht, und es war großartig! Wir nahmen eine Fahrt nach Dunlap Lake in der Nähe, um das herauszuchecken. sehr schöner Park. Hampton Frühstück war eine schöne Überraschung. Lobbybereich war gemütlich und komfortabel. Qualitätsverbleib. Superwert.

I loved the location of the Hampton. Very peaceful. It was also one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in. I was here on homecoming weekend. They were sold out and had a group of children. They must have excellent insulation, because I never heard people walking above me or in the rooms next door. I worked a long day and had no distractions. It was an older Hampton, but they keep it clean. I loved the desk - easy to work from. I liked the coffeemaker on the desk. It is the cleanest single coffeemaker I have had in a room to date. I used it every day. The staff was all nice. The front desk was welcoming. When I walked in, there was a smell of fresh baked cookies. Have not encountered warm chocolate chip cookies in quite a while. The pool was very busy with kids, so did not have a chance to use it, but noticed it was a nice area. I love oatmeal for breakfast, so was happy to see a warm tub ready to go. Much better than packets. They had a nice selection of breakfast cereal. Wish they had Greek yogurt. No fresh fruit.
