FFazal IOverall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from. Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

AAnonymer BenutzerStayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to. We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting. The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable. All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels.

GGuest UserEine Woche vor dem Start schicken Sie eine E-Mail, um zu fragen, wo der Bus am Flughafen ist. Keiner antwortete. Das Hotel sagte, das Gepäck am nächsten Stock am Terminal 3 zu holen. Door 3 Flughafen kam nicht zu finden. Ich habe es endlich gefunden. Ich wartete auf den Wagen. Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, sehr ruhig und die Heizung ist auch nicht gut. Die Zeitspanne ist sehr gut. Es gibt Haarwasser, Haarpflegemittel, Schaumstoff in der Toilette; die Badewaschbestände müssen angerufen werden. Keine Tragen. Es gibt eine große Modeoutlets in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Auto war etwa $5. Das Frühstück ist das grundlegende amerikanische Frühstück. Das Hotel ist eine Klasse mit einem Bus pro halbe Stunde sehr bequem. Zusammenfassend fühlt es sich nicht gut an, außer dass es nicht klar ist, den Bus auf dem Flughafen zu befahren.

AAhgusDas Zimmer war wirklich schön und der Front Desk Service war ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Bett und die Bücher auch im Winter zu heiß fühlten. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, und kostenlose Shuttle-Service.
