When arriving we met the most delightful host - Sade. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. She gave my granddaughter a “goodie bag’ and welcomed us to the town. Our room was a bit warm and my husband asked Sade to check it out for us. She concluded that the air was not working and proceeded to give us another room. Each step of the way she was helpful. Noticing the pullout couch was missing pillows, she had housekeeping bring the to us in a timely fashion. The maintenance crew was sent for to clear a clogged sink (Sade called them and they showed up within 5 minutes). they were pleasant and left us with a note and a chocolate hammer to let us know they were there if needed. Having all this speedy attention made us feel “taken care of. The Inn thought of many things - fruit and bars available for all to savor. Games in the dining room for all. The free breakfast was a plus, with pleasant servers. Cudos to the manager for her creativity. A special thank you to Sade!

This is a modern and fun site in walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, as long as you don’t mind Conshy’s hilly grade. I was in town to drop off my daughter at Villanova and wanted a change of pace from King of Prussia/Plymouth Meeting hotels. The parking garage next door was convenient and free (on the upper levels beyond a gate, which may not free during the week). The hotel is shoehorned into a hillside block across a park-like space from a (more modern) corporate building. The hotel entry is a converted old brick firehouse, a charming and unique blend of architecture and history that contrasts nicely with the modern surroundings. I entered around 6 p.m. on a Saturday and the lobby felt fairly small, possibly because many people were having food at the tables and patrons were arriving for a large bat mitzvah party. Check in was quick and smooth. I did not eat at the 2nd floor restaurant or bar but they looked like fun spots with interesting views and a large, semi-enclosed outdoor area. The elevator & hallways were clean and looked fairly new. The room (King bed) had a large bathroom with barn doors. The shower with full glass separation and door was roomy and offered two shower heads: one an angled rainfall-type and the other a lower wand type (the rainfall-type helped with otherwise mediocre water pressure). The main room was comfortable, with the modern trend of little-to-no closed clothing storage (mostly exposed racks and hangers), which some may not like. The bed was comfortable with quality linens. I did not use the small desk and chairs, but they seemed adequate if I had to work out of the room, and the wall-mounted TV offered a huge screen. The 6th floor windows overlooked the active neighborhood along Fayette St. The street traffic was audible even with the thick shades drawn. I also heard a passing train in the distance, but neither were terribly loud. Overall, this will be my go-to hotel when staying in Philly.

Ich habe heute Nachmittag geprüft und von Shana und Marlenea begrüßt, die die beiden freundlichsten, glücklichsten und hilfsbereitsten Menschen sind, die ich je in einem Hotel getroffen habe. Ich versuchte, ein Mietwagen am Hertz-Konter am Bahnhof zu holen und hatte 4 Mitarbeiter dort versucht, Augenkontakt mit mir zu vermeiden, so dass sie nicht zu helfen. Dann sagten sie mir, sie hatten meine Reservierung, aber keine Autos waren verfügbar. Ich war nicht in der besten Stimmung, als ich ins Hotel gecheckt habe, aber diese erstaunlichen Damen haben meinen Tag verändert. Ich werde hier bleiben, wenn ich in der Stadt wegen ihnen bin!

Frühstück ist ok, wenn man nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist. Wir wohnen in zwei großen Schlafzimmern, zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern kein Problem. Sie müssen hierher fahren, und es ist mehr als 20 Autominuten von einem Schiffsmuseum entfernt. Es ist für Kinder zum Spielen geeignet. Ein paar Gehminuten neben einem chinesischen Restaurant ist in Ordnung, Hong Konger haben offen, kantonesische Küche ist sehr gut, Sichuan-Küche ist noch ok. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und verfügt über einen Innenpool und einen Fitnessraum. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, es kann nicht gehoben sein, aber es ist viel besser als das Motel. Ich habe mehr als 1.500 für zwei Nächte, kostenloses Frühstück. Der Preis ist im Urlaub im August nicht schlecht. Es kann daran liegen, dass es keine großen Touristenattraktionen in der Nähe gibt! Insgesamt gut!

Ich habe 5 Nächte bei den Homewood Suites in Plymouth Meeting geblieben. Das Personal des Front Desk war sehr nett und hilfreich, vor allem ”Hitman”, der professionell und freundlich war. Er sagte hallo mit meinem ersten Namen, wenn er mich sah. Mein Zimmer war sauber, Bett komfortable, Frühstück war lecker mit vielen Wahlen. Der Innenpool war sauber mit schönem warmem Wasser, das ich sehr empfehle.

Ich bin enttäuscht über dieses Hotel ist eine Unterschätzung. Einige Dinge in der Reparatur. 1. Schwimmbad (was ist der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel reserviert habe. Wenn ich den Schwimmbad nicht arbeitete, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel reserviert.). Es hat seit einiger Zeit nicht gearbeitet und wurde gesagt, es war unendlich. 2. Das Frühstück ist wirklich nur Getreide. Es gab keine Saftmaschine. Sie sagten, es sei gebrochen. So gab es nur Kaffee und Milch, die ich beide hassen. 3. Nur ein Aufzug arbeitet, der die Warte wirklich lange macht. 4. Telefon im Zimmer nicht arbeitet so musste zum Büro gehen, um was wir brauchten. 5. Maid Service war nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war nur einmal in der Woche wirklich gereinigt, und wir blieben dort und der Boden wurde nie leer. Ich habe die Kane aufgezogen und sie schickten jemanden mit Handtüchern und um den Müll zu leeren, der überflüssig war und das ist alles, was sie getan haben. 6. Aus dem Körper waschen im Badezimmer. 7. Es gab keine Eismaschine auf Stock 4 Sie vermuteten es, es war kaputt. Wenn ich weniger als einen Stern in diesem Hotel geben könnte, würde ich. Ich bin ein Marriott Bonvoy-Mitglied und ich bin scheut. Bleib nicht hier. Sie wurden gewarnt. So wünschte ich, ich hätte ein anderes Hotel reserviert. Viele von ihnen in der Gegend.

Die Check-in-Erfahrung mit Joe und Ari im Vorderbüro war ausgezeichnet, darunter schnelle und hilfsbereite Bereitstellung von zusätzlichen Zimmern (z. B. Handtücher und Handtücher). I liked the hotel. Very clean. The beds were very confortable. However, I was informed by the front desk that breakfast would be served in the morning, but never specified that there would be a charge for it. There was constant noice in the hallway with doors opening and closing throughout the night and in the morning housekeeping was around very early and the noice entering the other rooms was a bit disturbing. The A/C / Heater was placed on the wall right below the curtains, so the air would only blow the curtains and heat was not properly distributed throughout the room. Although I love Marriott properties, I would provably not stay in this particular Courtyard next time.
