Meine Mutter und ich haben das Haus verbrannt und das Auto auch. Wir hatten keinen Ort zu bleiben, so kamen wir hier zu bleiben. Und alle hier haben sich vollkommen auf unsere Bedürfnisse geeinigt. Sie haben auch das Frühstück Bistro sowie das Abend Bistro, wo das Essen immer lecker und heiß ist. Wir wissen nicht, wie lange wir hier sein werden, weil unser Haus wieder aufgebaut wird. Wir sind jetzt seit einem Monat hier und planen hier zu bleiben, bis das Haus wieder aufgebaut ist. Das sollte irgendwann im Mai sein.

After reading reviews of other Memphis and Southaven area hotels, I thought it’d be best if we stayed a little outside of the area- and I was right. The area was quiet and a bit off the path from everything but not too far away. The hotel itself was really nice. The only downside was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable but I can take that over having to worry about safety and cleanliness any day. The lobby was clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were cleaned to perfection- we didn’t find anything out of place or nasty/dirty. I even received a text from Mary a little while after check-in asking if everything was okay with the room. I really liked staying here. The breakfast was a good assortment of choices, the dining area was clean, and the ladies kept checking in to restock items that were low. No complaints!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

First and foremost, the property appears aesthetically pleasing due to its newness, and the housekeeping team is doing its best. They are efficient, friendly, and always sporting pleasant smiles. The check-in process was initially smooth, with the front desk staff being friendly, smiling, and professional. However, that marked the beginning of a steep decline in my experience. Despite my simple requests, such as a few extra hangers, I endured the front desk staff's contemptuous treatment several times. Each time, they made me feel like I was making an outrageous and unreasonable demand, responding with scowls and consistently delivering rude retorts. Unsurprisingly, my pleas for hangers fell on deaf ears, and I was left empty-handed. My quest for quarters to use the Laundry Room proved equally exasperating. Each interaction with the front desk staff was met with curt and dismissive replies. Initially, I was assured quarters would be available when the manager arrived, typically around 9:30 AM. However, when I returned at 9:45 AM, I was informed that the manager was strolling the grounds. It should have been the staff's responsibility to request quarters from the manager upon their arrival, ensuring they were readily available for me. Instead, I was told to come back later. Astonishingly, even my wife received conflicting information when she made inquiries. Upon my return, I was greeted with yet another impolite response. The irony was that my clothes suffered the fate of a wet and broken washing machine. While I would typically attribute this to an unfortunate mishap, it seemed fitting given the consistently abysmal level of service I encountered. Although the breakfast itself was of excellent quality and freshness, the demeanor of the breakfast bar staff left much to be desired. Fortunately, as mentioned earlier, the hotel's novelty and cleanliness allowed for a somewhat enjoyable stay. Nevertheless, we resorted to using side doors to avoid further contact with the front desk. Lastly, there were glaring indicators that the staff needed more competence and diligence. The pool displayed a revolting shade of green, signaling negligence by those responsible. Additionally, one of the doors remained out of service, causing inconvenience. To top it off, the shower revealed a broken and empty shampoo bottle, showcasing a blatant disregard for attention to detail. Following the incident with the washing machine, I felt compelled to express my concerns to the General Manager. Unfortunately, his response indicated a sense of helplessness, despite his awareness of the issues. I genuinely pity him for his inability to rectify the situation. Moreover, I refuse to take the mistreatment personally, as I observed the front desk staff consistently subjecting other customers to similarly unpleasant experiences.

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben. Wenn ich die Gegend bin.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür direkt beim Aufzug, ein anderes zu erhalten, wurde abgelehnt. Der Lautstärkepegel ist hoch (Aufzug, Flugzeuge, Zugstrecke). Das Bad ist klein und mit schlechter Ausstattung. Betten sind aber sehr gut. Frühstück ist Durchschnitt, nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Ich war früher im Monat hier mit Freunden. Zwei Dinge ließen meine Bewertung für dieses Hotel ab. Zuerst waren sie im Hotel aus wenigen Gemütsen zum Frühstück und der Betreuer war aus diesem Bereich mit anderen Hotelpersonal socialisiert, so dass es bedarf der Rückversorgung. Die andere war nach meinem Aufenthalt. Als HH-Mitglied war ich für einen Bonuspunkt in Anspruch genommen, der in diesem Herbst lief. Aus irgendeinem Grund gab das Hotel mir die Bonuspunkte für meinen Aufenthalt, aber NO Punkte für das tatsächliche Geld, das im Hotel ausgegeben wurde. Ich muss sie anrufen oder HH, um die Punkte für die Rate zu erhalten, die ich dort verbrachte. Unannehmlich!

Ich habe noch nicht einmal geprüft und fühlte mich gebeten, weiterzugehen und eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Wir nahmen um Mitternacht ein und das Mädchen am Vordertisch (ich merkte, dass ich ihren Namen nicht einmal nach meinem Abreise erinnern konnte) war so wunderschön. Sie hatte die beste Persönlichkeit und war so süß und hilfreich, auch so spät. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles war so, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Am Morgen für Frühstück.. ihr Frühstück war großartig! So viele Optionen! Die andere Person, die das Frühstücksnetz neu füllte, war so nett. Wir bleiben in vielen Hotels, und obwohl das Hotel nett ist, ist das Personal mittelmäßig.. die hier arbeitenden Menschen verdienen Anerkennung!
