Ehrlich gesagt, für den Preis, den ich bezahlte, war es fair. Ich blieb auf dem oberen Stock, was mich von jedem Lärm entfernt erlaubte. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Badezimmer war sauber. Die Teppich- und Bettwäsche könnten aktualisiert werden, um eine bessere Erfahrung zu geben, aber es ist nicht so schlecht wie die Leute es herausgestellt haben.

I had a great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get where I needed to go. It’s a perfect place to stay whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay

I got help to take my bag to my room as I had a walker too. Shuttle was in time. They helped me with my bag there too. Room was super clean! John was great in getting me to my room. Thanks to all who make this manageable. I don't go to the battle but felt very welcome.

Wir haben im Embassy Suites von Hilton auf Familienurlaub geblieben. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, komfortabel und die Dienstleistungen waren hervorragend. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr!

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Front Desk Personal begrüßte und die Lage war großartig für wo ich nach und von reisen wollte. Eintritt in das Hotel riecht jeden Tag erstaunlich. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist ...Meine ganze Aufenthalts-Hauspflege hat nie mein Zimmer gereinigt. Ich war enttäuscht darüber. Anderen außer dem keine Probleme.

Wir benutzen dieses Hotel, wenn wir früh am Morgen ausfliegen. immer sauber und einfach zu checken. Wir werden dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, da es sehr bequem ist, um Shuttle Parken.

Diese Art von Zimmern, die Trip.com reserviert, muss vom dritten Stock entgehen, in einen Schachtel, den sogenannten Rauchgeschmack eingehen, sofort um ein Zimmer zu wechseln, die Rezeption sagt, dass viele Leute in diesem Stock 😅 ...... . Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Zug am Flughafen, mehr Gepäck oder bis zum Regentag, ist noch nicht sehr bequem.

Overall, a good experience. The front desk was very nice and quick, our room had a crib as we requested. Very clean hotel with good service. The hallways are sad looking and dated. Bathrooms need an upkeep as well with the walls/tub/faucet. With a facelift, this hotel could be excellent! ***If you do long term airport parking, there are TWO Courtyard by Marriott... there is a South Road and another one. Make sure you don't get on the wrong shuttle like we did...

Es gab mehrere Probleme mit unserem Zimmer. Ich habe in vielen Hotels geblieben, so dass ich verstehe, dass es passiert. Der Personalmanager hat eine ausgezeichnete Aufgabe gemacht, die Situation zu bewältigen und den Prozess der Umstellung von Zimmern so schmerzlos wie möglich für uns gemacht.

The proximity to the Atlanta airport was amazing! We walked out the front doors of the hotel, turned right and we were at the FlyTrain station next door. Once on the FlyTrain, the very next stop was the airport. We were able to get from our hotel room to baggage check-in, in 7 minutes. The rooms are completely sound proof. We could see the airplanes, but couldn't hear any noise. We didn't want to eat at one of the neighboring hotels so we got in our car and ten minutes away we found many great eating options such as Olive Garden, Panda Express, etc. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with two beds and a trundle bed under the sofa. Everyone we encountered on the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we have a flight out of Atlanta. There were a couple minor issues we had with the hotel. The room design is sleek and modern, but the bathroom doors have translucent windows so in the night when someone gets up to go to the bathroom, they turn on the light in the bathroom, and it shines through the window into the sleeping area. Whoever designed this was thinking only of the aesthetics and not the practical aspects. The showers have large pump style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The conditioner was out. Our room was only supplied with one trash can liner, yet there were three trash cans. Our kids were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. We were told it was covered over to make a business meeting room. We got to the hotel early in the hopes of swimming so that was a disappointment. There really isn't anything to do in the hotel that is appealing to kids and teens. Also, no waffle maker at the hotel breakfast.
